@@Mag-DoubleJ Chara didn't take over Killer. Chara is not present in the canon. I talked to the creator and Chara only appears as one of the voices in Killer's head. Similar to Papyrus with Murder/Dust.

@Obese but sans is LV 1 and has 1 HP, chara has 1 LV and has 20 HP, plus chara took over killer, not cause he has both souls.
Depending on the interpretation, his LV ranges from 20-99.
