Big fan of your videos. Highland homes has a 40’ plan in Parks at Wilson Creek called ‘Belmont’ that has a master upstairs. This is their best selling 40’ plan there.
I think having the master upstairs makes for a bigger living and kitchen area downstairs.
Would you take a smaller living/kitchen area to have the master downstairs?
Also I think parents with younger kids prefer the master at the same level as the kids bedrooms.
Even with these things considered, do you think having the master upstairs a big negative during resale?
