I feel like 2k is like a genie. They sometimes make what we want but there’s always a catch or con. For example yes most of the community wanted affiliations but if u don’t play in ur own affiliation u get -rep like wtf nobody wanted the last part. Another with tiger yes I love the tiger but why tf do I have to spend vc to unlock it, I earned it it’s my reward for playing their game so much. There’s no reason for me having to spend a decent amount of vc for something I’ve earned.

The Battle Pass was and still is a great idea. But when you turn it into the easiest rep system of all time and completely remove rookie to legend..... its not executed right. The parrot would of been a great reward for legend if it replaced the blimp/helicopter, but when you remove the competitive reward completely (the extra badges) and its just the parrot......not executed right again. EXECUTION! EXECUTION!
Yeah I mean I was on 2k daily trying to grind after season 1 I couldn’t play anymore it was too easy and there was no real grind for elite/legend status… it’s ok though I believe they will get this system right for the next game

Someone said easiest rep system of all time. Unless theirs a glitch I’m unaware of 2k22 takes 1,000 games to level up 40 on the pass. It shouldn’t take 500 hours just to get a tiger…some people got jobs and some just got 200+ games in their library.

The park isn’t nearly as booming as it use to be and playing in the city is often delayed as fuck. The affiliations are heavily tied to park so if the park isn’t top toe anymore then affiliations start to matter less and less

The only rewards that have been worth having in my opinion is the extra badge point, and better spin prizes. It’s not fun grinding through city and rec games, knowing 90% of the rewards are trash and don’t add anything or fill a void in the game.

Its time for 2k to stop with the money scheme that is 2k builds. We should be able to respec our chars for rec, and park. You should be able to change your position, height, wingspan, etc. You can keep the lock on the mycareer mode but I never understood why we cant change our characters for online….
No the games need to focus on user skills and realism ! Players need to be rewarded for beating the offensive person to the spot and not sliding behind them and getting crabbed. It’s like you beat them to where they are going and your player doesn’t bump them, they somehow end up behind them and they shoot and it doesn’t register as a contest
The game is at a stale state due to the fact of how it's played and not the content. There's a lot of content in the game in each season but to reach them you have to grind the game or play for 2 hrs a day to get the rewards you want This grind isn't bad but the community has changed the past 3 years where the new player base is constantly trying to find the best build possible. Which has been done every year but now people are emphasizing it and using it. 2K15 2K16 and 2k17 are all examples of everyone creating their own build and having fun and watching a content creator on an OP build but not making it. 2k19 everybody had a playmaking/shooter but then saw the potential in a two-way slashing playmaker and everybody started to make the switch For the past 3 years everybody makes their build gives it 4 days and then finds the best build in the game and then use it for the rest of the year.

I still dont see how after the updates from season 1 to 5 how 2k took a decent game that needed a few tweaks and completely went wayyy off course and ended up with 2k21 next gen gameplay... Thats the part of 2k21 next gen i hated most ... I was a super casual in 21 and deleted that game atleast 6 times within the year barely making super star 1 the gameplay was horrible .. no defense so lil timmys ran 2k21 and thats the reason everybody quit the game

I've noticed how on current gen finishers got the short end of the Stick no appreciation day yet! Defender's we're 1st Then Shooter's Then Playmakers Then back to Defender's. This year's current gen has totally left Finisher's in the background. In other news checkout my Channel if you're a current gen user I have 319 builds so far on the year. Agent please bring what I stated up on the disparities between the other 3 and Finisher's this year thanks this has to brought too light.
I think if 2k communicated more about the things they’re doing via Twitter/social media the community would at least be in the loop and on the same page.. but we’re literally in the dark until the patch notes come out 3 days after the patch… if 2k communicated like activision we’d be somewhat happier

*I just need 2K to keep the game play very similar for 23, as it in 22 right now. Ever since they nerfed things like left/right cheese and steal spamming the game has been a million times more enjoyable. A lot less exploitable. And shooting isn’t super hard either. They attempt to do certain things the community asks for and a lot of the times it's not executed correctly. Things like matchmaking for park. They implemented it but only for solo; knowing we wanted 3v3 matchmaking, just for example.
2k game-pay is fine and playable. Rewards could be better of course but the problem is trying to get games. Every time you load into a court only 2/6 3v3 courts are playing if that and 2s is either packed or dead too. Once you find a game people 9/10 times check your record and if it’s higher than theirs they run. They need an anonymous mode or something to hide this information it should be about having fun instead of checking your phone to see if someone is better than you

I still dont see how after the updates from season 1 to 5 how 2k took a decent game that needed a few tweaks and completely went wayyy off course and ended up with 2k21 next gen gameplay... Thats the part of 2k21 next gen i hated most ... I was a super casual in 21 and deleted that game atleast 6 times within the year barely making super star 1 the gameplay was horrible .. no defense so lil timmys ran 2k21 and thats the reason everybody quit the game
So the problem with 2k is that they listen to the wrong things imo because they only listen to the things that don’t fix the game they need to start opening a ear for all the bugs and glitches that are in 2k
But it’s still the fact that people asked for those things almost 2-3 years ago and 2K finally add them, when they could have easily did an update on the game that was currently out 🤦♂️

I've noticed how on current gen finishers got the short end of the Stick no appreciation day yet! Defender's we're 1st Then Shooter's Then Playmakers Then back to Defender's. This year's current gen has totally left Finisher's in the background. In other news checkout my Channel if you're a current gen user I have 319 builds so far on the year. Agent please bring what I stated up on the disparities between the other 3 and Finisher's this year thanks this has to brought too light.

I think if 2k communicated more about the things they’re doing via Twitter/social media the community would at least be in the loop and on the same page.. but we’re literally in the dark until the patch notes come out 3 days after the patch… if 2k communicated like activision we’d be somewhat happier

I tried playing 2k yesterday for the first time in months and couldn’t. Told me it was 33 days left in season 5, but they a new season was being prepared and I could only do play now 🤣
the gatorade gym is also delayed bc its part of the city so theres no reason to practice shooting on there at all

In my opinion I think 2k needs to bring back archetypes. This build system is ass. The game just felt balanced with archetypes.

This been happening I remember when they kept asking it to be like gta.
everybody crying about events, awards, graphics/themes, affiliations, etc but dawg I just want some good and actually balanced GAMEPLAY. shit is incredibly RNG based & favored towards offense. I can literally make a 30 minute compilation of the stupid things that shouldn’t be in a TripleA basketball game.. the mechanics of the offense & defense need to be balanced out especially in how badges & attributes work. Then if something is too good 2K nerfs the shit into oblivion and if it’s bad it either stays useless or becomes busted after a buff. balanced gameplay mechanics & skill gap matter more than some damn rewards

*I just need 2K to keep the game play very similar for 23, as it in 22 right now. Ever since they nerfed things like left/right cheese and steal spamming the game has been a million times more enjoyable. A lot less exploitable. And shooting isn’t super hard either. They attempt to do certain things the community asks for and a lot of the times it's not executed correctly. Things like matchmaking for park. They implemented it but only for solo; knowing we wanted 3v3 matchmaking, just for example.

2k game-pay is fine and playable. Rewards could be better of course but the problem is trying to get games. Every time you load into a court only 2/6 3v3 courts are playing if that and 2s is either packed or dead too. Once you find a game people 9/10 times check your record and if it’s higher than theirs they run. They need an anonymous mode or something to hide this information it should be about having fun instead of checking your phone to see if someone is better than you
