I Garden in St. Louis Missouri Zone 6b my garden is approximately 1/4 acres of our land. It was a space that my husband fenced off from the dogs. I wanted to have a space that I could be as creative as I wanted and needed to be. There is no formality here, your simply viewing what I think is beautiful and special. Some of the items in my garden I have collected through thrifting and gifting or collected through the years. There is a bistro set sitting on the grill deck that I've had for over 25 years. It was the very first thing I could afford to buy from Pier 1. I remember getting my taxes one year and treating myself to it😂! The Blue face planter reminds me of my father's face, tinkerbell, old and rusty, reminds me to stay light on my feet by never letting life weigh me down. The jazz figures are tucked in my hosta garden, because I love music, it moves and motivates me. All of my outdoor spaces have a water feature, fire, music and of course, plants. These are the only four things I need to be at peace.
You may only have a tiny backyard or a corner situated somewhere. Make it yours, make it special. Surround yourself with what's beautiful to YOU, and that space will make you smile every time you enter it!
You can host a wedding in that yard

I look forward to your garden tours. You inspired me to start a garden a couple years ago and now I have a garden that people stop by to tour. I absolutely love everything about gardening. Both the work and relaxing in the garden have really helped my mental health. Also got me thru the isolation of covid. I think of you and the pink arms every time I'm in the garden.

Do you have come such a long way and your creation? It is amazing and so beautiful. Even in this video everything looks beautiful. But when I discovered you just a couple days ago, your gardens look like people should pay to go in and look at they are so beautiful and coordinate together perfectly . At 1:01 what kind of plant(stems wth star petals growing up them) is that by the pathway closer in screen shoot next to flowered plant, I was getting ready to pull it with the weed in the flower bed before I put down fresh wood chips. I am letting it grow for now until I figure out what it is. Your garden quite empressve, do you dig up your big leaf tropical plants bulbs because the growth is very escalated (by yellow bucket) considering here in Kansas City our morniing just got to being safe to take and keep plants outdoors. I use a lot of pottery because I am in a rental and not planting anything in the ground that not already there but trying to keep weed in flower bed undercontrol. I will be putting weed kiiler down on Sunday (I am over pulling them) , die weeds die. I see you have a greenhouse but do you use it to keep plants safe in the winter and does it work? Asking because I get over the drama of getting plants debugged before bringing them in the house during when those cold temps become a killer. I have a dead money tree in a pot with great branches and I thought about painting it and not I see like you did something like it I am determine just need to research what kind of paint to use. Not many things do. Only the evergreens. It's nearly bare bones in the winter.
