From an artistic point of view it is very satisfying to watch this video, this waltz is very light, calm and subtle, as is the movement of the camera, some movements varying between pan and dolly in / out, it gives a feeling of calm and peace, there are also the details of the mise en scène, such as the flowers on the piano combined perfectly with the dress shirt, also the harmony and contrast of colors, varying well between black and white, in addition to the yellow tones of the lighting that combine perfectly with the inner part of the piano harmonizes well with the pianist's hair, the performance as always is excellent, these are small details that show how good this production is, it is an artistic effort that should always be recognized!

Hi Marnie! I am a huge fan and adore how effortlessly you play piano. I am wondering if you would consider doing a Q&A of how you started playing piano, your educational background, how long it took you to perfect your craft, piano exercises you use, etc. I aspire to be,if not as good as you, at least half as good as you and any tips you can provide will be much appreciated!

Yes,but there's no classically trained pianist that will play the piano effortlessly.

Literally brought tears to my eyes. I don’t know what it is about this short Brahms Waltz that affects me so. But it does, and you played it so elegantly and beautifully Marnie. Your new album is an amazing accomplishment. I’ve listened to it nonstop and the videos completely enhance the experience.

I had this beautiful melody in my head for over a year, but couldn't find it, couldn't look up lyrics, couldn't add to my playlists.. It was torture. Hoping to end my suffering, I scoured various Brahms and Schubert compilations (believing it was composed by one of them) but never found it. Until the other day, my 4 year old requested "the Wedding March" on Alexa, and 4 random songs later, this waltz comes on. Finally found it. Printed sheet music the next day and looked for the best recording I could find, to inspire my playing, and here it is! Thanks for the lovely rendition, I'm practicing this song now.
