you should do a video on tramadol versus meloxicam versus ketorolac versus gabapentin just in how they're different maybe the different mechanisms and different uses makes it a lot less confusing when talking to providers about options

Dextromethorphan doesn't work at all. They used to have a cough syrup you could ask the pharmacist for. It had codeine and Guafenisen (I can't spell that).
That actually helped a cough.
Is Tylenol Ultra (500mg acetaminophen + 65mg caffeine) a good idea for headaches?
You're much better off taking naproxen sodium or ibuprofen. Naproxen lasts a lot longer than ibuprofen.
At least with my headaches I've found that Tylenol doesn't do jack shit. And Tylenol has a really high risk of liver toxicity if you take a bit more than the recommended dose. Meanwhile I've occasionally tripled the recommended dose of ibuprofen. If Tylenol were made today, it would never be approved because of how little it takes to destroy your liver (I'm talking like 2-4 pills above the maximum listed dose).
