    3 Tbsp. Oil ( 43 g. )
    1/4 c. Sugar ( 52 g. )
    1 tsp. Coffee
    1/4 c. Hot Water ( 59 g. )
    ( Cooled )
    1/2 c. Cake Flour ( 65 g. )
    1/4 c. Cocoa ( 25 g. )
    1 tsp. Baking Powder
    1 pinch of Salt
    4 Egg whites
    1/3 c. Sugar ( 70 g. )
    #WhippedChocolateGanache
    1/2 c. Heavy Cream (120 g.)
    1/2 c. Dark Chocolate ( 90 g.)
    1 1/8 c. Cold Heavy Cream ( 330g.)
    #ChocolateGlaze
    (freeze the cake for 6 hours before glazing)
    3/4 c. Heavy Cream (180g.)
    1 c. Dark Chocolate (180 g.)
    1 tsp. Butter ( 5g.)
    Suggested toppings and decoration:
