The night Shaka buss Kunte Kinte & Carry Us Beyond, BRAND NEW at that historic dance in Club Noreik 79/80, he drop cuts of this too ! I was there. Apparently he had buss this as brand, new at a dance in London before that. 👊🏿
@dairydubwise Dont worry Dairy, no selector in their right mind would rip this in its low quality off here and run it in a session. Nice to hear it anyway, but I do agree with you dubplate should stay dubplate - it makes it special.

@UrbanRockers dubplates is what soundsystems are about...going to a dance to hear lots of big big tunes which you couldn't possibly hear somewhere else is what keeps soundsystems alive and enjoyable....what's the point in soudsystems if everyone can have dubplates?
Maybe he put so more people can get to listen to it for themselves, especially for the younger generations. We really shouldn't gatekeep good music from other people's ears, because down the line it'll be forgotten if we don't have it recorded.
