She seems to be a kind and lovely person. I agree, Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively are really cute together. I don't think that there is something to understand. This isn't rational. I never understood how some people can hating other people without knowing them. Unfortunately, this is the world in which we live TODAY. Everything is superficial and distorted. Some people stay on their prejudices and don't go beyond appearances.
What I think it is and why they don't all do it to someone like Gwyneth Paltrow is that people are jealous because she gets to go home to/with Ryan Reynolds.
