I tried this recipe w some leftover whole fried snapper i had and it turned out AMAZING!! So I imagine them tasting even more amazing using saltfish! Thank you for this recipe 😆😋🍽🐟💥
Hello. I used sunflower oil to fry in this video. You can use any oil with a high burning point such as corn, canola or any vegetable oil. Thanks for watching 😊
I used the saltfish with the bones and skin, then deboned it. This was a pre-cut piece I bought at the market which was weighed and not sold in a pack. I don’t normally buy the boneless saltfish (I find it’s too thin). I know some ppl use this which is why I said a pack of boneless saltfish can be used. I actually wrote the exact weight of the saltfish I used for this recipe.
My dear, of all the recipes i tried, yours came out the best. Thank you. So pretty too. My mom and everyone that ate it complimented me.

For persons not familiar with this dish It would be good to know the amounts in terms of flour; baking powder and water
At the start of almost all videos including this one, I said the measurements are linked in the description box.
