Very very very very cool project. I’m sure a lot of work & planning went into it, even to get it this far. I would bet if a guy could get a finished product, he could scale up the operation and sell a LOT! But the big question is- wait would the theme be???? That’s a huge question, really. Keep it up though man. I’m gonna subscribe to watch the progress.
got any more details on that back right scoop/half loop thats hidden? do you happen to know what diameter/angle/etc. for that? right now im messing with thin aluminum to try and get the curve but it might be too flimsy. I have it pretty close but its not getting up to my 2nd level (which is only like 2" - 3" above at most.
We just use a 3D printed semicircle as the shape with an inner diameter of about 2.8". We are raising the ball to the second level which is only about 1.5" high. We had a lot of consistency problems and had to reduce the height of the second level to about as low as we could go.
