I can't believe that any musician today can convey with such scrupulous accuracy all drumming aspects of the unforgettable Mr. John Henry Bonham, I just can't. But over and over again Mr. Fludas proves me otherwise. A phenomenal work. I'm happy to feel Bonzo alive next to us. Thank you so very much, George!
Ghost notes: how do you use them. Not clear to me yet,, I can kinda see and hear them...how are you do the STICKING!!! Looks like you are hitting them and using them like a hit snare and pressing with a sideways...until I got hooked up with u & TERRY...& you tube!!! I try to watch closely to your playing!!! I would definitely appreciate if you GEORGE TERRY and shed some light on this situation!!!
Amazing video performance, probably the best video I've ever seen, I see you decided to change that 14" head. I thought the very last note was a hi hat closing with bass drum, if I'm right that's the only imperfection I can find lol. Amazing thanks.
You look at music back in the day Zeppelin were one of the only bands that put the drums really up front in the mix. One of the many things that made them so unique and timeless
I'm watching this video again and I can already taste the caipirinha in the samba part! 😆 I like this song a lot. Not only is it technically impeccable, but the feeling is contagious. 🙂
Wow. Can’t believe I just now saw this. Talk about 99.9999999999999999% accuracy… the only thing missing is Bonham himself! This is as close to a full song Bonham drum cam we’ll get. Well done sir 🫡
Yesterday I watched your video about Bonhams cymbals and this video is confirmnation about your studying Bonham. This is absolutely same sound like Bonham had. The cymbals and snare?? Omg
I love this George. I have played along to FITR so many times (since I bought the album on Release Day One) but it's players like yourself and Terry Keating that have really helped me get closer to 'getting it'.
Wow! I’m getting chills just listening to u play this classic! Huge fan of your videos, keep on drumming! Thank u so much for the videos and for the insight into the drum world of my favourite drummer/idol BONZO Bonham! FYI… love the crack of the snare! Could listen to that snare sound all day! Nice sweet sound to the ears
Excellent stuff indeed . One of my favorite Pagey solos as well . I think he used a Roland synthesizer module for it . There is a photo of him at the studio playing it
Pump that bass , brother!!! Saw you commenting on another video. Glad I checked you out. Damn I always wanted to learn the drums. My little brother (RIP) mastered the Les Paul, listening to my ole Led cassettes. I’ve been a Led Head for 44 years. Great drumming, mate!! Bohnam was the best ever, and you are doing a great job 👏
Your spacing of notes, dynamics and playing style is down to a tee with this. Something just about every drummer can't achieve when trying to cover Bonham, especially these more progressive Zep tunes, and The Crunge.
15 seconds in. .. The best drummer cover of all time. Feel, skill, touch..
>TEEEOOOOOOOT>
Gracias , brougham!!
@@BONHAMOLOGY that’s cool!! You nailed it all the way around! John would have smiled I’m sure. Wow!!!
Freakin' snare is giving me chills! :D
Yeah me too. Delicious.
same man. holy smokes that is PERFECT!
The impossible has been made possible with all the extras on top, amazing
I love that it literally has all the bells and whistles. Seeing this has been my highlight of 2021 so far.
Thank you....haha
yeah, for the first couple of minutes i was confused what he meant by it and then it happened :)
If I want to attempt to learn a part of a Zep tune (live, or studio) the first thing I do is check if Bonzology has a video.
Thanks BB!

Getting to whistle
You absolutely captured Bonham's signature sound: Snare, Toms, kick, Hi-hat and cymbals.
Brasil aqui! Abraços!
Muito obrigado!
Absolutely my favorite drummer on RUclips hands down. As good as it gets
Everyone lacking the deep booming heartbeat resonance in their kick drum. That's what makes this drum piece standout.
George Nailed it as usual!! Very nice percussion Job also... Love the Brazilian Flag 🇧🇷! Cheers from Brasil!!!
Moito obrigado!
Freaking outstanding, man! I dig the addition of the rail consolette, too! I love it in every regard!
🙏🏼 Thanks Derek! I love it too, finished the look IMO
You can tell this guy is a bad ass drummer by the way he opens his hi hat. He doesn't change at all his right hand, it all his left foot. Dude!!!!
My favourite Bonham beat and one I worked hard to learn to play with any "swagger"
One of Bonham's greatest tracks, done to perfection. Thank you !
Phenomenal....heartbeat double, triple, off the chart time. I love what you do,..your joy is palpable
It feels like it's the original sound track of the drums. Excellent job, George!
HOLY HANNAH!!!!!!L!!!!!!!!! we have a winner right here...ty for sharing.💜
Thanks!
Bonham would be proud!
Thanks so much.
You got the shuffle man. Out-f-ing-standing mate. Cheers
I was waiting for the congas to come in “just for the heck of it” 😆🤣
Just stupendous. As always. Love the bells and whistles. That moment at 3:40 when it’s all thundering along.....👌👍
Thanks so much for keeping Mr Bonham's genius alive...not many could , you are one of very few who can. cheers, mate

Awesome George Love how you posted the Brazilian flag during the samba type part Lol LOL Great move. Incredible playing my friend.
Thanks Bobby! 😁
🇵🇹
The sound of the snare, and the ghost notes !!!
You look at music back in the day Zeppelin were one of the only bands that put the drums really up front in the mix. One of the many things that made them so unique and timeless
Snare and bass both sound immaculate
Fantastic. Blows mine away.
Drums are POLAR ABSOLUTE
🙏🏼
Damn, that bass drum sounds good!
I'm going to approve this performance.

The perfect video to brighten the mood from working an early opening shift. Brilliant. Pure brilliance.
This is one of the best recordings I've ever heard of a snare drum. Damn. Is that a Black Beauty? Fantastic job
Thanks. It's a 1968 vintage Supra 6.5.
Yesterday I watched your video about Bonhams cymbals and this video is confirmnation about your studying Bonham.
This is absolutely same sound like Bonham had.
The cymbals and snare?? Omg
cheers, thank you
is this a Superphonic snare?
Just WOW. I have a lot of work ahead of me just to play the ride over this groove!
That was great - George! Liked to have been a fly on the wall during the making!
👍🏻
THEE Best Cover I have seen and heard for this song!

I'd like to know how someone could dislike this. Awesome work!!

The fact that you got that sound in what appears to be a normal room (yes, I know there's added reverb) is a testament to your skill. Incredible!
Thank you

@@BONHAMOLOGY that voice....and when we had good stations in chicago...just like all the good clubs that were around...
This was always one of my favorite Zep songs because of the drums and you do them justice. 👍🏻
Excellent stuff indeed . One of my favorite Pagey solos as well . I think he used a Roland synthesizer module for it . There is a photo of him at the studio playing it
LOL @ the "bells and whistles"! The smile when you jump on the ride made me smile too. Great work on this George, that was a drum clinic, thank you!
Thanks!
