These are so good I wish I had words to describe them. I may never eat pizza any other way. The outside is crisp and the center is chewy. The texture is amazing and the tortilla adds to the flavor of the pizza toppings rather than overpowering them like some pizza crusts do. They only take 2 or 3 minutes to cook and you can just make one or you can make 100. They are perfect for anytime you have a craving. Quick lunch or dinner, party appetizers, or snacking.

Thank you Becky!!! What are great idea!! I like thin crust pizza so when I make my own pizza I use tortillas and Green Mill Pizza Sauce and put onions green peppers and or green or black olives and lots of cheese!! Love you bunches!!! You are always on my prayer list!!! 🙏🏻❤️🤟🏻
Great Idea especially for the Grandkids and Great-Great-Grandkids with their favorite mild dipping sauce or dressing. The kids (now in their 40s and 50s)would make the flat type when they were teens and they had to have ranch dressing and/or blue cheese dressing.

Wow, this is so awesome Becky, I was just looking at the frozen ones at the store the other day. Didn't buy any, they cost too much and most red sauce gives me heartburn terrible. So happy to see this an alternative way to have pizza rolls. I wonder does anyone else remember the little egg roll ones that were around in the 70's and 80's? I haven't seen them in soo long.

I've been making these torti-pizzas for a while, though I just put it together and stick it in the toaster oven, rather than using the skillet. Less cleanup. Lots of variations.. pretty much anything you can dream up that sounds good. Oh, I do use pre-cooked sausage or hamburger or scrambled eggs, but other than that I don't precook anything; broiling in the toaster oven does the job.

Miss Becky, it's been several months since you posted this video, but I don't think a single week has gone by that my daughters haven't made one of these for a snack or lunch. Both my 19 year old and my 12 year old are big fans of pepperoni, and once I showed them how to make this, they took that ball and ran with it! I love it when I can add a simple recipe to their repertoire and guide them down that path to full fledged adulthood and self-sufficiency. Thank you from all of us and God bless you.
