very intense, I usually use guided meditation as my mind is very active but with this one and the right stones, my meditation was very interesting.
moldavite for the crown chakra, herickmer diamond for the 3rd eye, emerald for the heart chakra, tiger eye for the root and black tourmaline for the earth chakra.

Shew, sure am glad you showed up, I was clueless, I should have listened to you because you obviously have it all figured out. Look slick, I've messed with this stuff pretty much my entire life, meditation is the key to opening up, period. For your info, I used this, and a few others I made for a couple of years and was voted as one of the worlds best, real psychics. You can buy the book if you like, 2012 edition, "The Register of the United States and World Best & Most Trusted Psychics, Mediums and Healers in International Rank Order 2012 (Don't Call a Physic Before you read this book) " Recommended by the general public from 126 countries. You can buy the book on Amazon. *Known for my READINGS, not how popular I am (or not) in tarot, psychic groups, writing books, etc. This particular video was set up using frequencies proven to work by putting your brain into the mental states you need to be in for attaining medatative states in the Alpha, Theta, and Delta states. You will never achieve the abilities (gifts as you call them) you have without tapping into these mental states. I put this up for myself, and for anyone who wanted to use it, I have gotten results that catapulted me to the top of the industry, but since you say it don't work, then I guess I need to listen to you.

This is really good I felt like I was getting a back massage and I was vibrating all the way
Im still on my initial stage of awakening.i dont usually see visions so i hope i can develop it .then i tried listening to this .first 2 mins i already felt tingling on my legs.i fell asleep after 10mins but this i know was playing still all throughout.woke up few hrs after and saw a flash vision.weird random one i said to myself then i just saw the news today.similar floor and kinda similar image though it dark but the polished floor striked me the most... Brazils national musuem got burned whoa.coincidence or i only made it looked like that on my flash vision. Interesting.

Relaxed right away. Closed my eyes and just opened up. Asked for my husband to come through. Felt a pressure on my arms and my chest and immediately knew he was here.... could feel him. After he lifted away started getting tingling in my right arm and hand. Saw spirits walking in my visuals, amazing. Will do this every night before bed
I tried it for the first time today. I don't actually know how these videos are supposed work. I can't concentrate or focus long enough to listen to them longer than 20 minutes. This one is longer than I can stand so I hope after a week I can tell the you it helped if not I will stop listening..its a habit of mine. Ty for making this video though
I am the same way without doing meditation for a while. It does get easier, I actually made this video for myself and put it up so it is easy to access. I can say that this works for me, the frequencies were dialed in for what I know works for me, and seems to do well with others who have tried it. The reason this one is so long is because I would do it daily when I worked full time as a reader, I condensed a few of the best ones I had and placed them together, one after the other, so you have to listen to the whole thing to get all of it. My suggestion is just to keep listening until you can listen longer, that's what I did.
@David Dodson i have been trying this one for over a yr an nothing seems to work for me.. my mind apparently likes to free roam without any limitations i have come to terms with it an adjusted.. i will say that tho that i like to still listen when i want to drown the world out an just relax after a hards day work..i pretty much can listen to 5 hrs of it before i get tired of trying tho
I watch other (long) youtube videos and have this on in another tab. Great way of actively listening to the music and other video.

not necessarily pain, I have had quite a bit of pressure that I would feel often.
