    Thanks for the upload, Kenny. I was surprised that most of the drills were 2x50m - much longer than I would have guessed! Looking forward to seeing some great races from you this year!

      If you are strong enough (like him) you can afford to do drills to the 50m mark but amateur athletes mostly are only able to do drill to the 20m and 30m.

    Great video Kenny! Thank you for sharing your warm up routine 🔥 a lot of people incorporate dynamic stretching and some form of pressure release (foam rolling, massage gun, massage) - do you do any of this or only jogging, strides, and drills? Keep up the good work 🙌🏼
