Thanks for the upload, Kenny. I was surprised that most of the drills were 2x50m - much longer than I would have guessed! Looking forward to seeing some great races from you this year!
If you are strong enough (like him) you can afford to do drills to the 50m mark but amateur athletes mostly are only able to do drill to the 20m and 30m.
Bro HOW do you not have 100k subs this is the most streamlined, quality content of all time. I was taking literal notes mf, get a patreon I'd buy that fr.
Great video Kenny! Thank you for sharing your warm up routine 🔥 a lot of people incorporate dynamic stretching and some form of pressure release (foam rolling, massage gun, massage) - do you do any of this or only jogging, strides, and drills? Keep up the good work 🙌🏼
As graceful a runner as you will ever see.
Whoever produce your videos is super top level. This is what I like to see in track and field. Keep the videos coming, Great Job!
continue making videos like these, they help alot
Hip mobility, dynamic stretches, activation, accels…? Would love a breakdown of all of that included as well
Amazing video, the production quality is another level. Love from India 🇮🇳❤

Hi Kenny. I really liked this video. Another idea for a video would be the max speed, I would like to see something like that
Thanks for simplifying it. Used to think warming up had to be complicated.
Understatement referring to yourself as "like an Olympian" when you're a multiple medalist and one of the fastest humans ever 😅.
Kenny Bednarek, OLY Great Tips! 👍🏽 As a recreational runner, I needed this! 👏🏽🙌🏽 You should film more videos like this bro!
More to come! Drop ideas if you have any on what I should do next.

What Nike’s do you prefer to do your warmup in on the track?

Trying to do that more often, not less😅

What kind of distance and pace do you train at?
Where is the headband?
Kenny, about what percentage of your max speed are those 4 x 100m warm-up strides?
Question though, do you actually do these all the way (50m) down the track that seems kinda long
