So nice to have a heads up about the undertones of these bronzers. I feel like the fairest skins look better with cool toned bronzers since they don't actually get a golden color from the sun, so I am always disappointed when the lightest color has a yellow undertone. Your solution works to solve that. Thanks.
They do look great, but for some reason, I could tel from the start of the video which side was witch. The Revolution side was a little more pigmented while the CT side seamed more smooth.
Really interesting video Gem, having to tighten my purse strings a lot now, so any more alternatives you might have for hight end products would be fab!! 😊

after this vid I bought the Revolution cream bronzer in Medium but I feel like it's a lil patchy applyed with a brush..maybe I should try with a blender because it's so emollient I feel like the brush breaks it a lil bit. anyways the colour on my olive/tan skin tone is perfect, it has kind of a greenish undertone which I love for contour

This is a great video Gemma because i think as we go into winter and the bills here in the UK are going to go through the roof, i think alot of us will need these types of videos because for some time we may have to change are makeup preferences until hopefully the bills come down. I love my high end makeup and i have the CT bronzer and it's gorgeous but at the end of the day bills come first and i may here to start cutting back.
I really like that you do shade matches because they are different between products. And I have blended foundations to get the right match, so I really appreciate that you show which shades you blended.

They have become my favorite varnishes. I am wearing a bubble gum pink right now "Dover Street". A gorgeous alternative with the bronzer too. I'm so pale that a light tint looks better for me. I have a lot of Charlotte Tilbury products but don't always get high end. Besides I really want those Chanel items! I love swatches to give a truest look for a person's skin. I am at 1.55 in the video and I have paused it. Looking at you, the side of your face against the star on the shelf behind you looks darker than the other side next to the pink posie. Hope that's not too complicated. Before I discover which is the alternative, I am preferring the "pink posie" side. Or the viewers right hand side.

I read that despite your undertone, the best undertone for bronzer is cool. The article made sense as many other undertones, make the skin look orangey too. I'm annoyed as I'd just bought my mum and I, a warm toned bronzer as I'd also read, go a shade darker in undertones when buying bronzer. I'm a qualified beauty therapist and I'm totally confused lol 5:52 is when the swatches happen. Too much faffing about mixing them though.
Cool is better for contouring, warm, neutral or cool is ok for bronzer. It’s all personal preference. If you have cool toned skin, I definitely wouldn’t buy a warm toned bronzer though as it would look unnatural x

It’s not technically 7 times more. Gram for gram does it not calculate as CT being twice the cost? I think that’s pretty good value based on brand and quality. Love the review. Thank you.

Good to know we're paying more for the packaging than the actual product!!!! If CT gave me the option to purchase the original bronzer in it's existing packaging OR the same bronzer but the packaging is much plainer/no mirror - I know which one I'd be choosing.
I saw Wayne’s review, but I have to say that his opinion is in the minority. I love it, I think it’s beautiful. And that’s coming from someone who isn’t a huge fan of CT. X
To be fair in comparison why didn't you say the CT bronzer is 21g and the other is only 8g, so to buy 2 it would only cost £12 rather than £42, but you'd still not get the same amount of product. However knowing how bad I'd be at mixing them I think I'd prefer to just fork out for the CT one. And a bonus would be my first CT product.xx
i found CTs products overrated. The formula is dry, doesn't blend well or look flattering. Plus, she is getting really annoying with all that Darling nonsense!! im happy to get me this Revolution one today lol!!

To me the bronzer on the right side of your face looks like it has more glow, otherwise I have no idea which product is CT.

For photography, big evening events bronzers used this much is fine. In person on a sunny day it looks dirty, & clownish.
It don't on me. Fair is more a contour. Go with medium.
