Firmament, a word invented in the mid-13th Century, was not in the Bible until after the year 1200. Taken from both French and Latin languages,
firmus: securely in place,

SO this 'ceiling between waters', is something to be kept 'securely in the mind'. An Illusion kept in the mind. The Bible says it, all by itself. The Firmament, is all in the mind, and does not exist in reality.

I was taught globe, Columbus , evolution and Big Bang, world history, all through school. Now, as a 46 year old adult in the real world of adulting, I know so much was wrong with what I grew up knowing. I know we didn’t land on the moon. I know Columbus was an explorer but also huge in slave trading and he didn’t discover America. I know governments have covered up real history when it served a purpose and given some plausible explanation to fit the narrative that puts people in a see through box with blinders on. I know that the US government is capable of creating evil plots to get certain responses from people like if they wanted to invade another country/war. I also know that the space station isn’t technically in space but low orbit and uses a bird’s eye lens. I’ve also started thinking about flat earth. There’s something in it. Believe what you will. Who’s to say it’s right or wrong? People can still explore but not in certain areas. The South Pole is definitely cause for speculation. Ancient maps couldn’t all be so wrong about land masses that we know nothing about.
The real truth? We may never know unless someone crosses that line and shows the proof from exploring or whatever is being hidden away in a vault. I know that knowledge is power. And the people in those positions will never give up a bit of that power. Power to the people? Yah. But we aren’t the People they are talking about. Those ones sit above every law.
U have awakened and come a long way. I too have escaped the confines of the extensive programming and manipulation.. I must say that all I have come to realize comes with a heavy burden or shall I say weight I feel I carry.. humanity if viewed from above while in motion, would look like a completely dysfunctional, and ignorant majority, kept perpetually in that state by bloodlines hell bent on reaping all of the knowledge and truth for themselves to prosper, while the majority toils, struggles, are poisoned and killed off.. that's what i think is happening, has been happening, and will continue unabated, if people cannot regain their ability to think independently, yet uniting to alter the course of humanity and steer us in a direction that could make our existence much more productive and better for all people and animals as well as an environment protected and cherished by all... the possibilities of a much more cohesive, tolerant, and stable society is endless, if only we as individuals could unite, and come together to make our reality going forward, what we the majority, actually only dream of today. Our lives are not our own by any means... we are manipulated, misled, and thrust in a direction thst suits the desires of the few whom have been pulling humanity's strings for generations... a simple lie back then has turned into a trillion lies today... everything we have ever been taught or told is a lie passed down to the next generation, designed and planned to keep us as far from truth as possible.. entire religions and major events completely created to lead us into the abyss of nothingness... and away from our true creator and origins... in other words they have placed us in the confines of the narrative created and designed to quarantine our thoughts to that which fits the indoctrination..to believe it because we're told from a million sources that this is correct, and if anyone steps outside the box their are many, many labels given by our fellow people whom have not the wherewithal or intellectual ability to critically think for themselves. They have trained them so well that they will rally against anyone whom dares to color outside their lines of life and reality! For if humanity has a shred of hope even left, it's at this moment we must awaken!n as the darkness surrounds us, moving ever closer to the point,where the light will be blotted out forever... and humanity will be lost in its endless abyss of control and manipulation. The firmament may have a dual meaning. It separates the earth from the stars and or separates our plane from the heavenly plane. I'm just guessing here.

that is a point i tried to explain to globe earthers, so they at least start using their brain and realise that if this theory is possible, then its automatically comfirmed that NASA has lied to humanity , therefore the moon landing will fall and any expediition will fall, eventually reaching to the true nature of reality , the motionless, stationary earth realm
I’ve watched this video a dozen times now and I just want to put my own opinion into the mix as to what the writer was trying to portray to the audience. The poem that the man kept referring to is basically like the Bible and the girl kept saying that the earth doesn’t exist almost like how people say the earth isn’t flat because NASA says so. At one point the man says and I’m paraphrasing, “Even though we don’t have proof that earth exists I’m still going to keep looking for it because my poem says it exists” this is a direct analogy to the flat earth/globe debate and how the Bible says the earth is flat and that there is a firmament. He uses the poem(Bible) as the reason that the earth is real aka flat earth is real. It’s very subtle because he doesn’t state anything about flat earth. Even the video shows a globe but with the title being Firmament it only makes you wonder if the undertone is exactly how I interpreted it.

I just recently found out with my own eyes we have been deceived. I observed the Big Dipper move forwards, then backwards, even flipped vertically all in a 2 weeks time frame. Yet they say the earth spins on its axis in one direction. So here I am..

The point this short film makes is that all those Nuclear Tests in the atmosphere 70 years ago and all Elons' rockets with the weird trails recently have the same goal.
In the film, the ship that was found, it got stuck going thru a tear or hole in the Firmament in the 3000s. It was still stuck when they found it. The asteroids was what was left of the Earth after the Firmament broke apart or Nuclear War destroyed everything but the Dome.
They hit the Dome at Warp 7 and it stopped them in their tracks.
Elon is trying to tear open the Dome or maybe map it to find the Floodgates, if they exist.

If this were true, the Sun should get smaller and smaller as it moves away as night approaches. This is not what happens. At sunset the Sun appears to sink BELOW the horizon, bottom first. Everyone, who has observed the Sun and Moon rise or set, has witnessed this phenomenon.
When I watch the Sun set, from sea level, and then turn and look at the mountains behind me, they are still fully illuminated. As the minutes pass the base is engulfed in shadow. The shadow creeps up the mountainside as this side of the globe Earth rotates away from the Sun. From my perspective, the Sun is sinking lower, which casts the shadow higher and higher on the mountain until only the top is illuminated. It receives the last light of the day in this location because it is the highest point. From this height you can see further over the horizon and would experience sunset later than a person at sea level. This is also why the Sun sets later the further West you travel and rises earlier when you travel East. The mountaintop will be the first local area to receive the morning light as the globe Earth rotates, bringing that point back towards the Sun. None of this is possible on a flat Earth with a small, close, spotlight Sun moving around above the surface.
It's perspective. Your eyes can only see so far. The horizon and your point of view become narrower as an object moves away from you. Look at videos where you actually see a ship moving out to sea and it looks like it sinks beneath the horizon as if it's going over a curved earth and then watch them use a high powered camera to bring the entire ship back into full view. The sun is not sinking it is moving farther away and it seems to disappear but it's actually moving out of view and just because you can't see it doesn't mean that the light around it isn't coming from the sun that has moved out of your view.

And why does the shadow creep up the mountain behind me when I watch the sun set over the ocean? The only way the shadow can go up, is if the Sun goes "down".

If you've ever done any sort of perspective art drawing. You have to make the buildings shorter as you go and it looks like they're shrinking as if they're going below something and they're not. As for the shadow, that's a weak argument. That's not the only way that your Shadow can go up is if the sun is going down. That's just something you made sense of in your own head.
@@courtneyko1466 If the Sun is just moving further away, what is causing the shadow to move up the mountainside? For the shadow to move up, the light source has to move down. If the Sun were a spotlight shining down, with hard edges between light and dark, the mountaintop behind me would go into shadow before my position since I am closer to the Sun. You are also completely ignoring the fact that the Sun and Moon do not get smaller and smaller until they can no longer be seen. They remain the same size as they rise and set. You have to ignore what you are seeing, with your own eyes, to maintain your position on this. I would say you are sticking your head in the sand but you would argue that your head is just moving away from me and only appears to be in the sand due to perspective!

I know that the firmament is real, but I am just curious. The people who uses telescopes, and I’m talking about 1k-50k USD hobbyists telescopes that you can set up at home or on go away trips. What exactly are they seeing when they spot planets? Are planets really planets. That just bugs me.

Perhaps the firmament is much misunderstood, and our layers of atmosphere act much as a dome, in that nothing for the most part is able to come in without burning up,(if our science teachers are correct) unless done at the correct angle and speed and leaving it takes the same measures. Seemingly this has many dome like characteristics.
