Hi John I am hooked on your channel I have been building for years but you make it so interesting and I will be purchasing both the Sopwith and the Prinz Eugen if mine turn out any where near as good as yours I will be a happy man , more step by step I would say keep up the great work sir 👍👍👍👍👍
Thank you you will enjoy both of the builds
I'm just getting started to build the Camel. What a great help this video's are! And the extra comments and very useful hints helps me a lot. Thanks and greetings from Belgium!
Your welcome
I’m up to about the same stage on the kit . Very carefully moved the partly assembled model about 250 miles in a house move . Then something fell off a shelf and hence the mail tail plane is broken into 3 pieces . Doubt it’s repairable but I’ll give it a try .Bugger .
The point I am getting to is that this model is incredibly fragile and you have to handle it / protect it with about 100 times the care you would need if it was a Ming vase .
@davidfoster3814 I completely agree it feels like a good gist of wind, would break it
Thanks John and, as you say, refreshing to watch a step by step for your angle on a build. The Sopwith dies look a stunning build and will keep watching its progress. Best wishes.
Thank you tony. I will add some more step my step guides to this build process
step by step works well for me as more info is covered, im following your titanic build, and have almost every aftermarket bit for it,
Buffing. What a great idea! And it works! Thank you
Nice to see the camel again 🙏🙏👍🍺🍺💞💞🐕🐕
Thank you Eddy It’s a very complicated build, but still very enjoyable
Great video 👍 😊
Thank you DD
Hasegawa 1/8 if you can afford it. I got it and the fokker. They are a world apart. (I have the 1/16 camel also and it's just not up to scratch). The difference is worth the money.
Thank you, I will check them out
You mention the use of a kitchen extractor for a paint booth. looked at your old vids incase you talked of this, could not see any.
Hi Gary, I don’t mention it often, because it doesn’t sound very professional, but cooker hoods with a paint filter make great spray booths
Only episode 7 ?
Hi The first 6 episodes are only available for channel members atm, they will be made
Public again when I continue the build
Good luck on returning to the build.
Great instructional videos for this kit.
When do you think you will post your next video on this build? @@Johnbuildsiconic
