I liked the lady who wears light green saree as very neatly organized and fastened cooked, looking her food is most hygienic. Such a nice intelligent food culture given by our ancestors. They new when to eat what in every season. Urad dal ls used more as it gives heat during winter. Also hing is a must used with all urad dal dishes as urad is vaat prakrurti. Salutes to our ancestors and those still following the cultural food.
