Seaweed as Cattle Feed - OREF Open Meeting 11th October 2021

On Monday 11th October 2021, OREF and NFU Orkney hosted Professor Ermias Kebreab from University of California. He visited farms in Orkney and on in the evening, provided a presentation on his research into the use of seaweed in feed to reduce methane emissions from cattle.
Funding from the EU Sustainable Islands prize awarded to OREF has made this visit possible.
