    This tmobile CEO responded by phone to an ordinary customer’s concerns. He listened to me like I was the only T-Mobile’s customer. I was absolutely sold. I have been an extremely happy customer because at tmobile you are treated with respect, no gimmicks in pricing etc. He really was speaking and returning customers calls. When I grow up I wanna be just like him. I have been a customer for more than 15 years

      Sure but they limit hotspot data to 6gig of 4g LTE then it goes down to dial-up speeds :) on a plan that you're paying for unlimited data period.

    • @adelaidemarie
      @adelaidemarie 9 лет назад +1

      Trouble Shooter that sucks. I don't have the unlimited plan. I have the 6g plan with binge on for Netflix and showtime. I've used about three gigs so far and most of that was hotspot.

    • @Mr102185
      @Mr102185 9 лет назад +4

      +Trouble Shooter You're wrong bro. You get 14 GB for hotspot data. if your an unlimited customer such as myself. It's only an additional $15 per month. It's still cheaper than the competition.

    Love T-Mobile & John Legere. You made a big mistake at start of video, T-Mobile isn't in 4th place, they are well ahead of Sprint, took that 3rd spot months ago. T-Mobile has a much faster and stronger network and continue to role out LTE at break neck speed. My speeds are 55mb down and 35 up during day, at night much faster. Every week my speeds keep getting faster due to the crazy LTE role out. 3rd place aiming for 2nd, thank you T-Mobile, thank you John Legere.

  • @crossroadskeeper347

    It's simple. When coming to Seattle on the Greyhound bus through the mountain passes, the other riders had to borrow my phone because they had no coverage. I switched to Boost once and their customer service was one in which they actually lied about their data, so when my phone was stolen I used it as an excuse to switch back. Last major confusion not only was it fixed but they switched me to a better days plan for the same price. Theres been a few times I was going to be late in payment and as long as I call in and let them know if hasn't been a big deal.
    Truth is, with my kid all the way across the country and so much business being done with my phone, my phone has to work each and every time and I need to be able to deal with a customer service crew that trays me with dignity and helps me fix the problem in a relatively short period of time. T-Mobile provides this. Yes, I have tried to switch to a "less expensive" company and paid the price for it.
    This is why T-Mobile is leading the industry and at this rate will continue to do so

  • @akhiovielaadrienne6325

    I met him last night here in the Philippines. And of all of what he said, the words that really catch me is that when he said "shut the fvck up and just do what they want." Where he is actually referring to our customers. And which we are always doing to make them a satisfied customers. He's the best, he speaks out of his mind, he really care about our customer and us as his employees. That's when he made TMobile growing and successful, it's a revolution. I'm happy that I was given a chance to see him but a sort of sadness because I wasn't able to take selfie with him. lol 😂😊😊😊

    If I had better service coverage in my area, I would have never left T-Mobile. Having my own individualized customer service team when texting or calling in for service was awesome. Their flat rates and discounts were awesome too. Hopefully this merger with Sprint benifits both the companies and their consumers. Sprint and T-Mobile have the most loyal customers in wireless, and they deserve that loyalty and dedication in return.

      +superelephant360 indeed. lol. Im on sprint the one i made fun of all the years. Until verizon took my unlimited. Anyway. I do not travel but one mile to work. After tmo and att failed at home one tmo. and at work att. I tried sprint. I have not been happier. Faster than my verizon was. And i use over 100 gigs a month. not once have i been throttled or "network congestion handled"...over 1 year and a 1/2 of total freedom for all unlimited for 80 month on note 4.....woooooohoooooo...but bad news is i do not want to live here forever. Dont forget im rooted and have free hotspot. I dont use it really. But i have it. So unlimited is truly unlimited. For me that is.

    This man is the best thing that ever happened to T-mobile, and honestly I feel for the whole USA carrier business. I left T-mobile in 2008 due to horrible coverage in the upper part of Manhattan then went to ATT and started working in Queens and had dead zones at work, and few other places. Which finally lead me to Verizon which is EXCELLENT overall but it is just to pricey for a regular middle class guy like myself. Now I am with T-Mobile again, and my connection is incredible compared to 2008.SO FAR EVERYWHERE I GO! Honestly though feel and think Verizon still has the best service and works everywhere just about after a few years with them. However the price is just too much with Verizon especially when you have four lines.

  • @jamesco0329

    Tmobile needs to land a nationwide block of 2x10 swath of 600mhz spectrum in the upcoming auction. If they do tmobiles coverage will rival Verizon and AT&T in the next 5-8 years.

      I had T-Mobile back in Jan 2003 to Jan 2004 in a one year contract and after it ended, never went back. I have had Verizon, MetroPCS (prior to the T-Mobile merger) from Nov 2011 to April 2012, back to Verizon till Nov 2013, then Boost Mobile till this past June 2016. T-Mobile I see by complaints such as yours proves that T-Mobile is still trash even 13 years later after I was last with T-Mobile. T-Mobile plans are good or at least show more promise than Verizon, but they can trash Verizon due to coverage all they want, then why did people leave myself leave them for more coverage and continue to do so even today? My grandma has Ultra Mobile which runs off of T-Mobile and she struggles to make a call to where she has to reboot her phone at least once to make a call. WTF is that? I'm not saying Verizon is perfect, but still light years ahead of T-Mobile. John Legere needs to focus on coverage before running his mouth. If I get barely reception with Verizon where I live, imagine T-Mobile.

    • @kolbyslife3795
      @kolbyslife3795 8 лет назад +1

      Exactly. They need to focus more on coverage. I've never had Tmobile but a friend of mine that lives in a different state had it. He said the spotty coverage was very annoying. When he visited us (we live in Cedar Rapids Iowa) he had little to no coverage. Cedar Rapids is the second largest city in Iowa. The only place Tmobile has towers in Iowa is in DesMoines. I don't see them improving coverage anytime soon.

    • @FutureAllenNL
      @FutureAllenNL 8 лет назад

      Well that may be true for the states (if this is factually true) but how does it explain Europe? T-mobile has this problem more than most providers I have seen in European countries.

      @joshua5139 8 лет назад

      +Br0wN_ThUnd3R Have you been on T-Mo lately? I was on them over 3 years ago, but my biggest issue with them was reception. I tried out a Walmart Family Mobile (T-Mo MVNO) post-paid plan to give them another chance and their reception is way better now, especially if you have a phone that supports all their LTE bands. My wife's phone had LTE coverage almost everywhere except for two dead spots in remote mountain areas coming from Washington to Southern Utah.

    Over a year ago I had left at&t for t-mobile and my experience switching over was not as good as they make it seem. First when I first switched to t-mobile the t-mobile employee made it seem that they were going to take care of my early termination fees and that I had nothing to worry about and then after a month a received a bill from att and I still owed the early termination fee. So I called t mobile and they said that I had to do extra paperwork or something like that to actually have the $$ sent to me BUT it came in a t mobile pre paid credit card. And then the service was not nearly as good as at&t's. It was very slow and I lived in a large city! So I got tired of it and switched again

I ended up receiving a T-Mobile bait and switch. On Jan 16th I was told to give them 3 weeks to sort everything off and never received a call! Never! I truly hate this company. The thought of this company bringing on new customers under false pretenses drives me nuts. Wish I would have stayed with Verizon.

    Verizon may may be more "High Quality", but when we talk about price to efficiency ratio, T Mobile blows every other carrier out of the water.

    They need to stop throttling unlimited customers

    • @AndrewFesmire
      @AndrewFesmire 9 лет назад

      Tim Johnson That's how their plans work. All data plans are 'unlimited' but the more you pay, the more unthrottled speeds you get. You can get a super cheap plan thats still unlimited but you will get throttled to lower speeds after 1gb-ish

    • @chaoticfungshui4144
      @chaoticfungshui4144 9 лет назад +1

      +Andrew Fesmire Each carrier has an asterisk by the word unlimited meaning their definition isn't the same one that's in the dictionary. Unlimited to me means without limit meaning T-MO customers should get unlimited 4GLTE speeds without a 2.5GB data speed restriction.

    • @xplics
      @xplics 9 лет назад

      +Tim Johnson Do they really do that? I am stuck at 20 gigs because I am in the family plan. Which by the way that is something that would be great to change as in having one person or whoever pick a unlimited plan within the plan if that makes sense!

    • @L0CC2o9
      @L0CC2o9 9 лет назад

      +Dante Sims There's separate plans within TMO. If you choose one of the regular plans from $30-60, it will tell you how much LTE you'll get but after you use up your LTE speed, it will be throttled. But if you go with the Unlimited Plan meaning LTE also, they do not throttle you down. I used to have the Unlimited plan and would use up to 20GB+ occasionally.
      They starting to warn people about abuse because of the tethering. I member of a certain member of a forum accumulated a use of about 2TB of unlimited data. Now that's a lot.

    • @chaoticfungshui4144
      @chaoticfungshui4144 9 лет назад

      Blah blah
      Like you pointed out the unlimited plan should be unlimited I mean you used 20gb so what? If you used 50gb or 80gb you still shouldn't be labeled a thief right? T-Mobile has been ripping people off for years now by dulling out crappy coverage, spotty service, and bad customer service.
      I called T-Mobile and asked them to credit my account for the days I was on Edge service and they said they'd send someone out but they never did. I was stuck with a slow phone I couldn't watch porn or One Piece on man do you know how frustrating it is not to be able to watch One Piece? :(
      Sure 2TB is a lot of data but just think about how much more they've deceived their customers into believing a rock was feather? T-Mo's definition of unlimited isn't the same as ours since they believe it means throttling your speeds while still calling their plans unlimited.If you gave me unlimited 4GLTE then throttled me down to 3G then 2G then it isn't unlimited 4G if it has limits is it T-Mo?

    i switched from AT&T to tmobile about a year ago and let me tell you I'm not 100% happy with the service i will admit tmobile has severally improved their network but when i went into a store to do a jump on demand the sales rep told me why are you upgrading i told him i didn't like my LG V 10 he told me to take it home and get over it, then i was like okay its time to go back to at&t so i found my self using to much data so i had to switch back to tmobile i tried porting my number back my phone didn't work for a week tmobiles has some serious dumb costumer service people when you call they can never help you they always have to transfer you to "specialists" who are no help what so ever over all i hate tmobiles costumer service reps

If I was given a chance to receive your call I would be more than happy to assist you in the best way I could, though I admit that I'm not really good in English but for me it doesn't matter as long as I was able to help you out and to make you a satisfied customer.

    Reason why I hate att...you get international calling when you have the 10GB unlimited plan and the other plans don't have it . It's costs $100 excluding tax and fees. Good thing T-Mobile is way better because I save a lot and the 2 Gb plan has the international calling . THANKS T-MOBILE

    as much as I love Legere, i've been a TMO customer for 3+ years now and i'm about to switch to AT&T cuz the signal outside of major cities is non-existent. Customer service was always excellent & i've never had a bogus billing error like VZ constantly does. IF they work on their network more & get it reaching bumblefk areas then I'll come back but for now the signal is just not that great

    I got fucked over by sprint. they will never get a dime from me as long as I live. I am happy with T-Mobile. My one bit of advice for Legere, we are tired of spending US dollars on our bills then calling customer service and someone in another country picks up half an hour later and barely understands English and has no clue how to help us. T-Mobile would enhance its great brand tremendously by putting their customers service call centers in the US. That said, T-Mobile is a great company and I rarely have a reason to call customer service to begin with.
