It's Monk Mode season. Disappear, build something and create the life you want.
Amen
This is the energy. I was reflecting today in regards to family. Sometimes we have to separate ourselves, make ourselves better, and then you can return a better role model.
Thank you

Just for you to know: I am doing an 75 days challenge in which I exercise , meditate and read 10 pages of a book everyday without exception and I added to watch one video of you everyday and then put what I have learned on paper because I found so much value in your channel. You came to me at the exact moment where I needed. Thank you thank you thank you❤️🤗
What exercise you do
@@javonharris827 75HARD CHALLENGE
Bro same here ,
Exercise, programming, 10/day book, meditation , creating one video/day (private ,to test speaking 🗣️) , consuming 2 Andrew huberman vids /week . And Channels like Dan koe
I'll join you

I've been feeling alone lately. But it's a good season. I'm "disappearing" for a year while I build something to change my family's life. Thanks as always for the insights Dan!
You are not alone. Moved to a new city recently to study programming. No friends here yet, but what i do is for the greater. Stay focused
Just understand you can go fast alone but you can’t go far make sure your disappearing isn’t you running away from problems in your own life
I can totally relate to this. 2 and a half years ago I moved from my hometown to get away and have a chance to really focus on my goals and skills. It worked very, I am 50 followers away from hitting 1 million on TikTok and a few followers away from hitting 400,000 on RUclips. I had an anxiety attack today because these are some of the biggest moments of my life and I’m doing it alone. Don’t get me wrong I’m very grateful for the experience and community, I just wish I knew more people pursuing similar goals around me.
good luck
@@Blizzpoint best of luck to you!
It's a new age and you're one of the main leaders taking charge. One of the most deserving of success out there. Keep it up man, always incredibly valueable content
He is 10-20 years ahead of the pack
Tell me how EVERYONE can be in that position or if they can't then how sincere is the optimistic message? Is a "follower" WORSE than a "leader"? maybe we should MURDER That CULTURAL CONCEPT
Your podcast is my go-to listen for my morning walks. Amazed at how much condensed and easy-to-consume information you can compress in such a short post. Thank you!
I love being reminded "don't outsource your curiosity to me," it's helped us build our channel and release our first product since I found your channel. Great stuff as always, looking to join Modern Mastery very very soon!
Just looked at your channel. You have valuable content. Keep it up!
@@capitalallocator I appreciate it! Dan's content has made so many things "click" for us. We've been fortunate enough to ride this small wave so far. Thank you for checking us out!
Choice of consumption! So good. Distracted vs Obsessed. We’ve all been one at some point, and some of us are even dissuaded from being obsessed and immersed. Thanks for the reminder that we need to LEAN IN to those interests
Thank you Dan! for past few weeks and days been receiving recommendations towards your channel , glad I'm stuck because been helping with my path passion and notice couple changes , connection you mention. Looking forward to watching one person business
Looking forward to this one.
The intro strikes me. Just finished writing about "Belonging" and its position in the modern world.
Great as always. You do a good job of creating content that resonates with me.
I recently found your Chanel I’m really enjoying your straightforward wisdom. I have grown my online community to 1.5 million recently and I still feel like I have no idea what I’m doing. Your content is helping me get clarity. I truly appreciate that!
Frog😅😅
Zillion pieces of information I feel like I need to re-listen until I keep it by heart. Thank you Don, you touch the real essence of matter. New educator terminology in application.
This is the only youtube dialog that actually packages the formula in a digestible way. It is very relaxing, as I often question my habits because of the solitude they impose while I grind, but to hear someone reiterate the principles of ambition is all the more reassuring in my dedication
This video has given me an idea on how to start. I now know my first few steps to take. I'll probably know how to continue once I finish those steps. I wanted to take this path, but did not know how to start until now.
You are a gold mine. How I feel aligned with what you're saying gives me goosebumps. Thank you for being present online.
As a resume, just start now with a strong belief and want to make an impact on each others lives, make feedback, make improvements, and repeat. Thanks Dan I really appreciate your content and the best is to motivates me to not just keep seeing but to go out and make it happen beacause I am the only responsible, loved it
you deliver every time. can't wait for the next video. took notes as usual. thanks bro 💯
More great content packed with value. I’m working on my own thing because of you. Thank you for lighting the fire and restoring my hope. I can’t wait to help others man 🎉
I'm literally going to be homeless tomorrow due to a series of bad decisions and positions I have put myself in.
In the past few weeks your videos have helped me really focus on myself as a person, my goals, and my passions. Even in the toughest time of my life I find so much comfort putting my self fulfillment above any and everything else.
You're changing lives bro 🙏
Good luck! I'm sure you'll make it through and come back here to tell us about your success.⭐️🙏🏻
Sometimes a restart and building up from the bottom is the best way to build the strongest structure.
I hope you doing better nowadays my fella
YO THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH. I kept writing every day, organized my thoughts and built better habits (still a work in progress)
I have my own apartment right next to university that I just started full time. I also began an 8 week 5k running schedule and do my first 5k tomorrow.
I've never been or felt better in my life and am excited to bring on more challenges.
@@altseason_musik in particular, I started a music major and working toward a production or sound engineering job 😀
Thanku Dan. Im really loviing ur content. .Been binge watchig all of it. Trying to become more focused and apply all of this knowledge
The circles you mention here are so clear for me right now, after 20 years in the wellness industry. The challenge is just to put them on the virtual world and get the connections I’ve discovered to people. Your channel, you, are god-sent. 🙏🏻
My favorite part: 8:28
"The difference between a sheep and... ap ap 🤨 human being!"
Awesome video Dan! I'm a huge fan from Brazil and I've noted that even your minimal mistakes during recording are important signals about your identity and branding
Keep going!
"Life is hard for those that don't know what they want" golddddd
Best video I have seen on how to be successfully relevant within todays parameters. The point being it all stems from your skills, imagination and devotion to a concentrated work ethic. The ability to focus on fulfillment of your mastery is the key.
Good take. Rest and introspection really are incredibly important for creating a meaningful life. Unfortunately most of us prescribe to the hustle culture, working 14 hour days to “get ahead” but we lose a lot more than just time by doing this.
Love the way you explain these concepts so easily to understand! Thank you Dan! 🙏🏻💞✨
I was sold on the university root and it does help getting the foot in the door for jobs having a BA Hons but then I had no "real" experience, so I had to do an unpaid internship for 6 months. Man I was in student debt already, now I'm using the little savings I have to support myself through a 6 months internship. It costs alot to put a roof over your head and get to work everyday plus meals but I finally completed the internship. Yey, now I'm at entry level with minimum wage. My company realized I was good and upped the workload, did they give me a raise, no. It was such a struggle climbing the ladder. I was pretty obsessed with working hard and proving that I could be an awesome employee but my mental health started to take a hit, started taking recreational drugs on the weekend to just feel alive. Eventually I quit and began travelling the world.
i'm struggling with the cognitive dissonance of dan koe's "4-6 hour day" and gary vee's 17-18 hour days. If you ever made a video on your actual daily/weekly routine, i think that would be interesting. i'm really glad i found your channel anyway
i think it depends on what youre doing with your life bro, some people are built on redoing the exact same thing rapid fire all the time, and some people need more time to sit down and learn deeper topics.
I struggle with this too. I think it depends on what makes you feel energized. Some days, working only 4 hours a day is all I can take energetically. But some days I’m so focused and pumped about the project I’m working on, I can work for 9 hours and not feel drained. Gotta trust your body and intuition
Gary Vee is more of a conman. He became very rich by talking to people on stage but his ideas are not genius or sustainable.
He made a video about his routine: ruclips.net/video/qdXFeyzq7HE/видео.html
@@starfox300 Yep, straight up he's a bs'r.
Always delivering impactful messages. Thank you for sharing your wisdom.
Mr. Koe, lemme tell you...I dropped the coin for your 2hr creative writing course and I have to say it's knee-buckling. I found some gaps in a project I am going to drop and your content filled it! Thank you!!!
These videos are so helpful!! I love that you talk about the gaps between where we are and where we want to be and the realistic time frames that these goals require.
What an incredibly valuable video. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and suggestions based on your experience!
Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experiences 🙏🏼
Thanks for the encouragement, Dan. Truly needed in these times!
Dan i totally agree with you, even though most people don't get it. We must learn new skills to move with the flow and not left behind.
Always potent stuff Dan. Love it and thank you.
Glad I found you brother. Keep up the great work
Man, this video is powerful. It just grabbed my attention right away and everything that you say hits hard. Thank you, Dan, for the great advice and free knowledge.
I’ve been been trying to do all of this since 2013. Business startups, work remotely/digital nomad, build wealth and health. 10 years later, I’ve never felt worse than I do right now. I’ve gone so backwards that it’s too far to go forward and achieve anything. I’ve hit 41, and I’m done! So done!

How did you not make any progress in 10 years? What??? I started this when I was 18. Since then I’ve gotten my aesthetic physique from online self education, gotten a high paying tech job from just learning on RUclips, Udemy etc. The 9-5 killed me and I lost this sense of identity so I dropped it all to pursue content creation and editing since attention is the new currency and I also always wanted to be a RUclipsr. I just turned 22 in January. A big major factor to staying consistent and my growth is mental health. I recommend getting a good Therpist. Spend the good money for one. I did and it has been the best decision of my life
You got tutorial hell maybe.
It's never too late to rebuild, slow progress is better than no progress. Keep going
@Hyper Txt how did you manage to get your tech job?
Always great tuning into your content. Keep it up 🎉
Great video bro. As a small RUclipsr trying to expand his influence with creative work, this video was a breath of fresh air. There are similar videos to this one but they’re so vague and don’t offer anything practical. This video gave actionable steps, or at least a framework to create one’s own actionable steps. Thanks
This is powerful! Sharing all over the place. Thank you
I came out of inactivity comatose recently and didn't desire or "want" anything. I can now relate to the homeless zombies on the side of the street. Desire is important. Media can kill. Get out there !
No better way to spend a Sunday than with some Dan Koe!
Take life by it's horns and reclaim your autonomy
1. achieve proximal mental mastery
2. monetize
3. repeat from 1.
1. get good at something. That 'something' is unique to you, your unique 'niches of learning' that you draw from, oriented towards the proximal problem-solving of your life.
2. share what you learned. Develop the skills of content-ifying your unique learning, by imitation, trial-and-error, iterating, leveraging technology and human universals.
3. keep learning. Evolve, grow, adapt, pivot.
pre-1. consider and aim at your ideal future.
This man's choice of words is impeccable.
Man I m a master student in business administration, I learned in this video what I haven't learned in 2 years
I gave a lot of mentors by internet and books and I really thankful for it. But guys It’s important to start doing, because all things that I reached, I did by doing. I just do and learn new info along the way.
LFGGG! 🎉 Renaissance man in the making. Patience is key. You’ll feel your reality transforming when you grasp a new identity. Change it up
Dan the man! I absolutely love your content,
thanks for being a possitive force in my life.
Dan, thank you. One more insightful and helpful video. You give so powerful knowledge to people)
Whenever you drop a video its always a banger
Thanks Dan
Well... this video was for me, like the final piece you are talking about. Invaluable.
man with ai theres absolutely no excuses anymore. great as always im happy to see that your channel is growing at a steady rate.
Thanks Dan!
Grateful to you dan❤....i m creating my book.....Thank you
Happiness is not something that falls into your lap.
You have to:
- Find your interests
- Think, feel, write and talk about them.
- take even the smallest step continuously.
- celebrate you made it
- ponder about improvements or next actions.
- repeat
Life is not kind to those that don’t know what they want out of it.
You either create your purpose or you’ll be assigned one!
Great Vid, shout out from Brazil!
Very true boy, I believe you can literally look around to was is happening on earth, you could literally figure out what to do then just following the system for success
We are at the frontier of the change, those left behind will look back at this years and remorse. I wish everyone a good luck on this future.
One of your best, friggin awesome

I feel I should go to uni to be in the location I want to be (london), meet people in my niche/age-group, and major in one of my interests. This resulting in a book/game, and an education and economic movement.
The theory of knowledge with regards to method , validity and scope . The investigation of what separates opinion from justified belief. Interesting, never heard that one before . I would think a lot of us are epistemologists :) 🤷🏼♂️👊🏼🤘🏼🙏🏼
I feel human super after watching this. Great video
Hi there, Dan thanks a lot, your videos are really valuable and I really like your approach of providing the info.
One more thing is there any open source editor of your videos with that dots and lines on black and white?
I love your point sbout rest i feel way to many people try and push you have to go 100% all the time. When in reality very few actualy can brcause our brains need time away from work to full recovery and its beyond just sleeping you actually learn better after a rest day and can preform better your brain is like any other muscle it needs a day off
So glad I came across your channel recently. Every video you post comes exactly when I need it. Thanks for doing what you do.
Dude you are 'effin guru, Sai Dan Baba ! Excellent content.
