It worked very, I am 50 followers away from hitting 1 million on TikTok and a few followers away from hitting 400,000 on RUclips. I had an anxiety attack today because these are some of the biggest moments of my life and I’m doing it alone. I was sold on the university root and it does help getting the foot in the door for jobs having a BA Hons but then I had no "real" experience, so I had to do an unpaid internship for 6 months. Man I was in student debt already, now I'm using the little savings I have to support myself through a 6 months internship. It costs alot to put a roof over your head and get to work everyday plus meals but I finally completed the internship. Yey, now I'm at entry level with minimum wage. My company realized I was good and upped the workload, did they give me a raise, no. It was such a struggle climbing the ladder. I was pretty obsessed with working hard and proving that I could be an awesome employee but my mental health started to take a hit, started taking recreational drugs on the weekend to just feel alive. Eventually I quit and began travelling the world.

Since then I’ve gotten my aesthetic physique from online self education, gotten a high paying tech job from just learning on RUclips, Udemy etc. The 9-5 killed me and I lost this sense of identity so I dropped it all to pursue content creation and editing since attention is the new currency and I also always wanted to be a RUclipsr. I just turned 22 in January. A big major factor to staying consistent and my growth is mental health. I recommend getting a good Therpist. Spend the good money for one. Happiness is not something that falls into your lap.
    You have to:
    - Find your interests
    - Think, feel, write and talk about them.
    - take even the smallest step continuously.
    - celebrate you made it
    - ponder about improvements or next actions.
    - repeat
Life is not kind to those that don’t know what they want out of it.
You either create your purpose or you’ll be assigned one!

I love your point sbout rest i feel way to many people try and push you have to go 100% all the time. When in reality very few actualy can brcause our brains need time away from work to full recovery and its beyond just sleeping you actually learn better after a rest day and can preform better your brain is like any other muscle it needs a day off
