But didn't Jackie already say she was sorry to Mariah for what was said on the podcast? If hair follicles testing can go back up to 3 to 5 years what will it prove to anyone? Didn't Quad said this happened before the show (the show has been on 6 years) so it would have been out of the range anyway. Jackie apologized but she doesn't have to co-sign to the test because Jackie couldn't care less about Mariah. Mariah has shown herself to be evil and spiteful, so why care? Mariah is going to dig a hole for herself over this.

Stating a fact of a situation is not inhuman, if you recall the context of the situation at the time was around Jackie not understanding or could relate to the situation of how information about her kids was made public. The context was, Mariah was hurt regarding her child and Jackie could not understand and hence that statement....

Dr. Jackie really showed her character, or rather lack thereof, when she refused to read the test results. I like her less and less each season.
Because she knew better!!! A test CAN NOT DETERMINE WHETHER YOU DID DRUGS 15-20 YEARS AGO!!!! She's a license doctor and clearly you not!

In theory, if your hair was 18 inches long, and you tested the far ends of the strands, then you could find drugs consumed more than three years ago.....
That's with 18 inches of hair...
Bleaching, dying or chemically processing hair can alter results. AND MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS KNOW This! Mariah saying that she has a test done proving that she hasn't for 10-15 yrs is simply not true. She'd have to have well over 40inchs of hair to entertain that type of result.
So Jackie didn't read it to A:not insert herself, and B:Not conclude that what she is saying is false according to her PROFESSIONAL & MEDICAL opinion.
By removing herself, Jackie actually PROTECTING Mariah!

Dr. Jackie's profession afforded her a plausible explanation for refusal to examine lab test results. However, it is evident that she cares very little for Mariah and would likely have responded in the same manner if she were not a medical practitioner.
Dr. Jackie's apology:
Dr. Jackie's attitude in her interventions conflicts with that in her confessions. It is clear that she did not aplogise to Mariah because it was the right thing to do; she apologised because she is aware that in the absence of an apology, Mariah would ensure that viewers are reminded of her hypocrisy. It wasn't to accept responsibility but to appease and silence Mariah on the matter, which has not yielded the desired results, hence her frustration. What need was there to reference Quad's statements re. drug use on the podcast (and to speak of it as if she knew it to be true - at no point did she refer to them as allegations)? Sound advice and girl codes do not require a tale, story or names to support them. If one finds it necessary to refer to an actual scenario, due diligence would require some fact checking. How would Dr. Jackie feel if Mariah were to reference statements made by her husband's former mistress about her in a discussion on infidelity?
Validation:
I don't believe that Mariah wants or needs Dr. Jackie's validation. She wants the ladies to acknowledge their wrongs in the same forum they were committed.
In the past, Mariah was reprimanded at the table for misbehavior but the 'table' refuses to reprimand Quad in the same way. Dr. Jackie, this season, had a one on one with Quad re. Simone - she clearly didnot agree with her position but rather than say so to her face, she said it in her confessions. That is the difference in treatment Mariah has been referring to.
Iyanla's Advice:
Iyanla offered sound advice. The ladies need to be intentional about listening to each other. It is clear that they listen to respond, not to understand. I'm not sure that Jackie is better at listening. I believe she is better at maintaining composure and eye contact so it seems she is listening when in actuality she has already 'dismissed' you. Her body language betrays her.
