I hate to say that he isn’t, not yet at least. When we die our body returns to the ground from which we were made. The breath of life returns to God and we await the second coming of our lord and savior. When I learned this i was kinda sad but glad to know the truth. If we all died and went straight to heaven then why in the Bible dose it not only say what I just said but also say the when we rise from our graves we’ll meet Jesus in the clouds in our most perfect form? This is truth, truth that most don’t know. I’m sorry for the hurt all of us have to go through but it’s something that must happen. Just be true to yourself and most importantly to God.

I agree. I think it's cause she feels it in her soul. I can feel her hurt. This is why people like me are Elvis fans. He only sang sings that he felt inside - personally. ELVIS could sing any song with conviction. He believed in every song he sang. He took it deep in his soul and every emotion he ever felt came out immersed in the lyrics. You listening to to them felt his heartbreak, excitement, passion as your very own. So you feel connected on a spiritual level. YOU experience the emotion he conveyed. You can do that because he believed his song.There was always a part of him that struck a responsive cord in the listener - as if he had became a part of you, or you of him. It's not unusual to see him crying on stage singing. 😔 It's so rare to find singers like that now. Even in country music - they were to sound of heart break songs. Sucks.

Sandra Clagg Your father did not lose the battle. He won. That cancer is still stuck in his body buried in the ground while he's up in heaven where there's no more pain or sickness. He's more than likely met my little sister, Rebekah, who also won her battle and is up there. Stay strong, and see it from a different perspective. He didn't take him from you, he took him back, and has him there waiting for you. :)

I had this played at my Sister's Funeral... She passed away at the age of 48 four hours before her birthday, she had developed juvenile diabetes at the age of 21.

This is a good cover of Dani and Lizzys song "Dancing in the sky" but you got to give credit to Dani and Lizzy, their original song was and is still beautiful song from them. I'm going to have to say the original still sounds better, I'm not knocking down the covers because this cover would be the best out of all of them. You would just have to give credit to the original artists, this song would not be here if it were not for them.

I couldn't sleep last night - so listened to this over and over. It is so achingly beautiful. Totally heart-wrenching.
I have sent it to the children's hospice where I volunteer. Every two years we have a Memorial Day to recall those little footsteps who have gone on ahead before their time. I know this song and this version of it will have the entire room in tears, but it will be such a fitting tribute.

My best friend had just ended his own life. I've never fogotten that feeling, when the Police knocked on my door, telling me he was gone.
