Much more difficult for my 2007 FX HO. Getting to the electric box is a challenge, and then taking the box off is difficult do to tight space. And my relay has screws, not bolts. And one of the screws is "welded" on to the solenoid probably because it got fried. I'm 4 hours into the project and still have the last screw to remove. Geez, they made it look so easy.
I only have one question and I hope you can answer it asap: If the bendix gear on the starter of my 2015 Yamaha FZS SVHO doesn't disengage even after the engine has already started, will my starter get damaged if I still continue to use the ski?
I have a 2013 Yamaha SX240, the right side motor won't crank, the left motor starts perfectly. I started the right motor from the solenoid, but it won't start with the ignition key. I Installed a brand new solenoid. checked batteries and switched the batteries both batteries are good. can anybody help???

@@IDVDalot I can’t really remember. But first make sure your battery is fully charged. If it still buzzing, just take it to a jet ski shop. It shouldn’t cost you more than $150 to replace the solenoid
Saludos desde Asuncion Paraguay!! Gracias thank you
Many thanks! This video made it easy to replace the relay.
Fixed my 2012 Yamaha worked like a charm I think my bolts were 12 mm the two were 12 mm and the other ones were 10

Curious, how do you remove the brackets on the seat to give yourself all that extra space?
