Kelly Slater & Angus Stone Creating the surf soundtrack to "Here & Now" film

Here & Now was filmed in a single 24 hours, with 12 teams operating independently around the world to capture their surfing lives on that otherwise random day.
The hard drives were then sent to a house in Byron Bay, Australia, where the director and edit team began editing. The house had a music studio (and talented producer Mike B, aka MT WARNING). Many of the surfers were in close proximity, so they began producing an entirely original soundtrack right there in the house while editing the film.
In the end, the soundtrack was created by Kelly Slater and Angus Stone, Dave Rastovich, Ozzy Wright, and Steph Gilmore. Here a few stories from behind the scenes of the edit/soundtracking process, as told by Mikey.
