Beauty is an art form and is subjective. We can never objectively say that one is beautiful. But a person's state of health can be determined by medical tests and it is an objective fact. There is also scientific evidence that obesity leads to poor health and high mortality rate. So Xiaxue is not wrong in this aspect. Encouraging people to be fat is directly encouraging people to be unhealthy. And it is indeed pretty toxic to stigmatise those who aim to become healthier.

U tell me that your health is perfect scientifically when you are 20kg overweight... Having good mental health is good, and have good self-esteem is good. But it doesn't blind the fact that your physical body is not healthy. Healthy mind can doesn't equate to healthy body automatically. When u eat all the sugar and junk food and think that it's all good that makes u happy and think that your body is 'perfect' and u encourage others to do the same. 🙄
