OOOH ooh New Toy! With a Bonus TWSS!! I've got some vintage synthesizers I need you to fix 😉 Also I just learned a diode is like a check valve, right before my head exploded, so thanks for that! What a deal for someone who knows how to utilize all those functions!
Nice review, thanks. I've seen some where the o-scope wasn't that accurate, but even if this unit does half the mhz stated its still probably more than the home gamer requires. Looks like a solid unit.
Nice unit. You're right about the price of these things. I still have a Fluke 97 in my truck, although I haven't needed it for about 10 years. I can see where if I were wanting to get back into some scratch building or repairs, this thing would be handy as heck.
Iv been waiting/needing one of these recently to set up and test audio equipment trying to learn more about electroncal others then ac high voltage and hoa panels 💯👍✌️👌😁
Wow, the price is pretty good for what you're getting. I'm in to vintage home audio so something like this would be awesome to have for doing your own repairs and finding out which components you need. :)
@Slane583 I hear that, I have a ton of stuff in storage including laser disc players, video disc players, old amplifiers which are industrial rack mount units from back in the day when I used to DJ, mixers etc
@@MotoCheez Nice. I have a couple turn tables, am/fm tuners, cassette decks, vacuum-tube pa amp, a portable 500watt amp/mixer, stereo receivers and a big 101-disc cd player. Aside from one stereo receiver hooked to my computer powering my big speakers everything it being stored. It's all in my room and there's no space so it looks like a big mess. Organized chaos if you will. :)
Just curious, what was your past or current profession? Engineering? If not, you remind me of a super jack of all trades. Thanks for sharing, love the content.
I have an electronics degree, worked as a maintenance mechanic for many years and also worked at IBM doing camera systems. Many years ago I used to repair electronics for pawn shops in Florida
It's so cheap! I use a scope a lot even when I'm testing portable power supplies and ignition system so it's an actual tool, plus I can use it as a tax write off 😁
Great review, and what a tool, I look forward to you diagnosing a fault with it

I still have an old Simpson 260!
Hard to believe it can do all that, and be not that much bigger than a cell phone.

Most definitely! I am also an audio junkie 😁
@@MotoCheez I have a few pieces of gear that need working on. Just no place to properly work on them yet. So I have to store them until then. :)
