I just switched service from straight talk to Boost mobile, set up my voicemail greeting and everything is cool except I don't have a voicemail button on the bottom of my phone like I did with straight talk, where did it go and how do I get it back..
Im on visible. My Samsung s20 FE does support visual voicemail, but I use Google voice as my visual voicemail by call forwarding after 4 rings to my google voice number.
@@NiNjaTurtLe697 search Google for call forwarding options on Verizon one of the options is to forward after three or four rings. Because it's on Verizon's Network it works with visible
Stetson do any AT&T MVNOs offer a free trail. Considering switching to AT&T since I have AT&T Fiber I get 25% off but want to test the network out beforehand.
Okay I switched from Verizon to another carrier and when I hold one it’s trying to call my old carriers voice mail number which was set as #86. I have still not been able to check voicemail on my Samsung since January and I have found no solution yet.
Click on your phone app. Then click the 3 vertical dots at the top. Click on Settings, then click on Voicemail. You can edit your voicemail number there. It probably still has your old voicemail number listed.
@@tmb611 I did finally get it to accept the new voicemail number, but the phone itself is still possessed by Verizon. Like a Demon even After I removed all the Verizon stuff from the phone. Even after adding another companies simcard. I’m no tech genius but I do usually eventually figure some things out.
I had the same problem. You just need to dial 1 on the phone app and follow their instruction to set up the password and then go back to the voicemail and enter the pass you created
It should be a similar setup process. If for whatever reason visual voicemail doesn't work in the built-in app, you can use a free app called YouMail for visual voicemail.
It depends on your phone for some reason. My Note 20 Ultra had visual voicemail but my S21 ultra says it's not compatible. Really sucks. You'd think upgrading to a newer "better" phone wouldn't be an issue. Maybe from the Note 20 back Visible is compatible with VVM but anything newer isn't. 🤔🤷
This is BS why so complicated ! I remember the Windows phone had it already built in and it would even read them to you without even you taking the phone out of your pocket.
At least I know how to get to my voicemail on Android now, thanks Stetson.
Hey!!! Thanks! It worked and was so easy I could hardly believe that's all there was to it!!!
You Chanel is amazing! I had US Mobile and I’m trying to use Visual Voicemail in my new S22 Ultra. Is that even possible?
It doesn’t even have the setup on mine it just says call voicemail
same
I have the same issue
same!!
same did you guys get around it?
@ranwar474 no unfortunately I have not gotten around it
My still don’t work it got a blank page all it said is call your voice mail
Voicemail setup went fin for me. But I don't receive notifications that I have voicemail waiting to be listened to.
I have the same problem...even after calling Visible for help
thanks, that was quite helpful :)

This didn't help me. I have a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra and when I call voicemail it wants a "mailbox number."
How can I get to the setup part again? Mine thinks it is setup already. But I don't get visual voicemail. Iphone
I call my number, but it doesn't give me no option, it just gives me a generic voicemail
Same here!
Info about Android is not accurate. You just used the iPhone again.

Reset your network settings
@@pamelajones3769 tried that. Still eventually tries to go back to Verizon. 🤷🏻♂️

is it the same for OnePlus 8t??

@@StetsonDoggett Ok. Thank you 😊
No. Mine just says line busy

My note 20 ultra had no issues, my S21 ultra can't get voicemail...
I have an iPhone and mine is nothing like that
What kind of voicemail was that
Set up voice mail
Supreme video, too bad it doesn't work for Visible Android.
