Stan wrote this song in response to the Christchurch terror attacks in 2019. When performing this live he said "To our Muslim brothers and sisters, we stand with you, we are with you, we will protect you, but most of all, we will love you."
Does anyone else feel like they have been blessed just listening to Stan sing this song? I'm so moved and close to tears.

Stan used to si g at tbe church on grey street in hamilton 2 doors down from my house and on fridays him and hisbabd would spe d the e vening singing of an artist , i would sit in my ba k yard sip on a steiny and dance to his oice and this was efore american idol. Plus he looks like my son. He also payed tiggy with the kids at church i love him so much ! He is so humble our Stan kia ora from what the english call new zealand . Well the last part starting with "I'll stand" is from a Hillsong song called The Stand written by Joel Houston. So I'm thinking the first half of the song is written by Stan Walker and Vince Harder. As the first part doesn't seem in the style of Joel Houston.
