@@amusementstudios81 yeah ragin Cajun is crazy to ride alone too me personally I would’ve had wild one above Batwing and jokers jinx I enjoyed it much more than the other two also add put Firebird above roar
Great video and great list! The #1 coaster looked really fun and had a nice setting and layout! The whole top 4 coasters looked fun to ride and awesome!
I rode wild One many times when I was a kid mostly from like 1975 to 1985 when it was located at Paragon Park in nantasket Beach, Hull Massachusetts, Couldn't get enough of it at the time. The people loved it and never left the ride disappointed...
I love your videos and am glad you enjoy these rides a lot more than me. While I have a lot of disagreements for once in this video, I can't help but say that calling Wild One smooth is like calling a porcupine's quills soft to the touch. Ha. Keep up the great videos!
i think that you had an unusually good visit. i’ve been going for years and each time it had never failed to be dirty, rude operators, and the roller coasters aren’t any good in my opinion. i’m glad you had a good time tho! keep up the great videos!
I don’t think so I’ve been 12 times this year and I’ve always usually had a decently pleasant experience The biggest problems I’ve seen at the park are the food operations and just food quality in general and sometimes the right operations but employees have always been very friendly to me and the park has never been like dirty or anything
Just went today! Heres my list 1. Batwing (great flying dutchman and smooth) 2. Superman (not a great hyper but it has some decent moments) 3. Jokers jinx (better than FoF clones, smoother and faster) 4. Wild one (good woodie, not too rough with some decent airtime moments) 5. Firebird (avoid the front and its an enjoyable ride) 6. Roar (forgettable woodie without many forces) 7. Ragin cajun (good for a spinning mouse) 8. Skywinder (the new restraints dont help, the ride is janky as crap and hurts like crazy) 9. Great chase
I had fun there and agree that it is an underrated park. I think it gets a bad rap because 3 of their top coasters are clones and they run 1 train ops when they probably shouldn't. They need a new, big coaster to really show the park some love.
I never got to ride Mind Eraser, but with the new trains, SkyWinder is intense and a fun ride, you might be able to move it further up the list now. Roar and Firebird caused my entire family pain and headaches.
SFAmerica is my home park. I stan for Six Flags, have been a season pass holder for over a decade and a half and I'm glad your impression of it was a positive one... our coaster line up is sub par by far.....lol..... Mind Eraser needs to go....Roar needs retracting (makes no sense to RMC it with Twisted Timbers right down the road)..... Firebird is by far the worst floorless in the country.... our 3 comic book coasters (Superman, Batwing and Jokers Jinx) are solid but Batwing breaks down allot and Superman restraints could be better..... Raging Cajun is good and Wild One is underrated (but how long can we depend on a coaster over 100 years old)..... We NEED capital investment in either a better coaster lineup or like 5-7 newer flat rides to make us stand out from KD which is where everyone in the region would rather go to..... the sad part is that we have a TON of expansion room....ahhhh man I could go on.... I love my park I'm glad you enjoyed it but man oh man we could be doing Soooooo much better
I went last week with some other enthusiasts, and we had a great time. The operations were great and the staff was friendly. Batwing was also running fantastic and is my favorite plying coaster I’ve been on.
my best six flags experience when i went was definitely the superman. i had no idea what i was in for and the suspense and fear only heightened when my friend told me after us ALREADY BEING BUCKLED IN that i would likely pass out. i had never blacked out on a roller coaster before so it made the experience all the more frightening. 10/10 would definitely go back!!!
Some rides were closed while I was there in 2013 so I didn't ride much in the main park. My favorite there is Joker's Jinx followed by The Wild One, Batwing and Superman: Ride of Steel (that last one made me blackout for quite a while.
Me and my dad are trying to decide what’s the better trip to do, I have never been to any of these parks so keep that in mind. 2 days at Cedar Point or 1 day at great Adventure and half a day at America
He’s made a difference in the park. It’s cleaner, operations are better, and customer service has improved. He stated that he’s aware of the requests to RMC Roar and bring an RMC Raptor to the park. It’s good to know that he’s listening. I’m interested in seeing his plans for further improvements to the park.
Video was just recommended to me. I went to SFA a total of three times. The park has really been neglected by Six Flags. Roar given the either Titan Track or RMC treatment would make it good. Mind Eraser is true to it's name. Firebird may be better as a Stand Up. Jokers Jinx is fantastic. Super Man really needs those shin restraints removed.
Coasterdash I’m new to the roller coaster world and I love it! But could you try to suggest some parks I should go to near my hometown (like 8-9 hours or so drive) I live in Williamsburg and I’ve been to Kings Dominion and BGW so I would love suggestions also great vid man!
its funny how enthusiasts will say this park and la ronde sucks yet they rave about great escape which has a worse line up imo also I love firebirds color scheme
Thanks for not dogging out park like most do. It has undergone many owners and come a long way from Wild World. However I do hope Six Flags invests more into the park and make it more competitive to Hershey Park and Kings Dominion then maybe we would visit it more.
This would be my list after getting a membership this year I visited six flags America like 12 times because it’s the only theme park I have access to without a car 1)Superman 2)Wild one 3)Batwing 4)Jokers jinx 5)Ragin Cajun 6)Firebird 7)Roar 8)Mind eraser 9)Great chase
this place is my home park. my season pass expired but it’s really fun I know there’s not many water rides but can u rate water rides please I’m subscribed!
I just have one objection to this list after my visit on April 17th, 2021. Wild One and Joker's Jinx should be flipped. Other than that, this is my exact ranking.
I live in Baltimore and Hershey park is better imo 😂 This six flags is way closer to me but id rather drive up a hour and half to Hershey park instead. Better rides too.
this is just an observation but i think that ragin cagun is the best roller coaster at six flags america ☝️
I think the teacups is the best rollercoaster at six flags america
@@xtremeentertainmenttv9664
1. The teacups aren’t a roller coaster
2. Everyone knows the carousel is the best roller coaster ever
It’s not an observation but a fact 😍😍😍😍
No the shows are the best thing there
@@beau_thielen idk man heard the antique cars is a better roller coaster
Superman there one of my favorites love it
Are you headed to any other parks right now?
Just finished Missouri & Iowa! I’ll now be at Silverwood next week 🙌🏻

The top 4 seems solid at this park honestly! I haven’t been, but those rides look pretty good.

Wild One actually used to be a record breaker back in the day. It shared the record with a coaster called Giant Skyrocket.
Just went today! Heres my list

When I went, ride of steel and batwing were both closed, which made me very salty towards the park. Hopefully I can get back and get on those someday
Mind Eraser is probably the best Vekoma SLC out there. I’d rank it above Firebird.

Six Flags did change the park president in January 2021 to Richard G. Pretlow. He might have changed things for the better at Six Flags America.
I’m absolutely convinced that played a huge role
He’s made a difference in the park. It’s cleaner, operations are better, and customer service has improved. He stated that he’s aware of the requests to RMC Roar and bring an RMC Raptor to the park. It’s good to know that he’s listening. I’m interested in seeing his plans for further improvements to the park.
I rode superman ride of steel jokers jinx and the roar I enjoyed all them except for joker the launch scared me so bad

A good video would be the top roller coaster named after a super hero, or even top superman named coaster.
Good job keep it up.

The closest good park to u I think is Carowinds. But after that, you would have to do some traveling for some regions with multiple parks near by.

Top 8 coasters in Coasterdash’s intro pls
I definitely agree with your rankings! I would only change batwing and jokers jinx
Super Man: Ride of Steel is what I wish Steel Force at Dorney was.
How can a boring coaster full of straight sections make it to number 1? How bad and boring must the others be then?

Batwing was scary to me

Batwing in my opinion sucks, I got off and wanted to hurl and I couldn’t walk strait for 20 mins. Won’t be sad whenever it goes.
