    Great vid. Almost perfect. Twist = rotation and bends = hinge

    4.Pull

    6. Bands
    7. Gait

      Lunge is the same with squat right?

      @@guitar300kno. Lunge is a single leg movement with one leg lower to the ground than the other in a variety of planes (directions.)
