23:31 so when you use the item you get from the debuff you get like 30%ish attack negation and more poise for a couple seconds Like vaaty said, in death there can be no sensation
I tend to get pulled towards the more exotic armor sets and clothing in these games, but I do admire the subtleties of all of the various options. Sometimes you really need to stop and take a look at what they look like and the details are really cool.
The Age of the Duskborn ending is not necessarily about restoring death. Arguably, you restore death in all endings, because the Rune of Death is unbound when you kill Maliketh, before you even restore the Elden Ring. The Age of the Duskborn is more about ending the persecution of those who live in death, and incorporating them into the Order, allowing them to have the Erdtree's grace. I've heard a theory somewhere, that those who live in death are risen by Godwyn's will to live, which was spread via deathroot, and that is the reason why those who live in death keep coming back until you hit them again. Essentially, in this theory, those who live in death are not individual souls, but Godwyn's will, that inhabits those corpses. So perhaps, when Fia talks about rebirthing him, she doesn't mean it in a literal way, but rather that by restoring the Elden Ring with her mending rune, and allowing twlid to be accepted by the Order, you allow Godwyn's will to be alive again. Cool fact: if you attack Fia in the Deeproot Depths, Godwyn's corpse will attack you by summoning those little skulls that chase you down.
That makes sense, and makes me like this ending even more. I like the idea of a persecuted group rising up, getting revenge, or at least ending the persecution . I root for the underdogs. Do you know where you heard the theory about Godwin's will being what raises those that love in death?
@@kabvrvthey're not really a group tho, they're not the individuals they were in life. Just corpse puppets driven by the last will of a half dead demigod.
That... Is a very fascinating theory... And it it's true than I'll feel kinda bad because im constantly pummeling bits and pieces of one of the very few good demigods out there
Crucible knight armor, tree sentinal armor (with haglatree helm) and the raging wolf armor with the altered banished knight helm (that long white hair is badass AF on my dragon communion build peak fashion).
10:12 Honestly, i still dont know what i believe about Fia. She is a deathbed "companion" who's purpose is to "lay" with corpses. It's still very vague, it's still up to debate (maybe). I'd like to believe she simply embraces the bodies instead of "embracing" them but as to which it really is anyone's guess... I just hope she's not actually indulging in necrophilia Though I will say it is a fascinating concept for rebirth, taking the vitality of many who yet live or are near death to then imbue it into a single dead individual through a gentle embrace rather than trafitional forceful necromancy. And hey, maybe it actually works, there's definitely weirder in the lands between and the overal world of Elden Ring... Unfortunately i think the reason we never see it actually work is because she chose to try it on a dead demigod, and not just any dead demigod, but the one dead demigod who's soul seemingly NO LONGER EXISTS
Yeeeet new Vaati reaction! Keep up the great content 👍 Also it’s all but confirmed that the upcoming DLC will be heavily focused on Godwyn and Miquella. So hype.
Some of my favorite armors are the Ranni robe, this emerald garment of Grand Master Azure, I also really like the clothing of this blue swordsman. It is beautiful. Also the armor of the wolf man I like because it is a certain reference to the armor of the main character from the manga and anime Berserk. But if I had to pick one single favorite armor.... Scaled Armor. It combines good stats and design.
Almost none of the armors in ER have particularly audacious designs, and that took me a bit to appreciate. I always thought they were a bit bland but if you really look at the close up there is so much detail and interesting design.
See that mist when Rogier got staked? That color scheme is indicative of "corrupted holy essence" it is gold but soo marred and filthy. The same color scheme is found in the DLC image...Godwyn is returning.
I'm loving that. Before watching these videos I had almost no understanding of Godwyn, and had no idea he was connected to Miquella. Now I'm really excited to explore that story more.
This is the most... unclear ending of all. It's like... Dung Eater - curses Order with Omen Curse, Goldmask - perfects the existing Order, Ranni - hides her Order from the line of sight, Chaos - destroys Order. And Fia... just lets skeletons be?.. What's with the fractured death? Does mending rune fix Godwyn's condition or not? And as we see in the final cutscene - Fia's rune got inserted inside Elden Ring, not like two other mending runes, which surround it instead... So many unanswered questions for one whole ending. Still love the consept though - deathroot stops souls of the dead to go for rebirth to the Erdtree, so these souls are forced to dwell in the remains of the dead and thus skeletons being resurrected all the time. That's insane!
Well considering Fortisax would later sacrifice himself fighting off death so Godwym could have a true honorable death only to ebd up corrupted himself I'd say they were pretty close buddies which just makes it even more tragic. 😢 Honestly after learning his lore you just feel like you're giving poor Fortisax a mercy death simar to Gywn it's just sad.
I wonder how similar the roar from Fortisax is to the sound of forty sax 🎷 playing. 🤔 Seriously though sometimes I actually feel sad when I learn some of these stories.
The Frenzied Flame ending is not a bad ending nor is it a good one from a lore perspective. It is simply a ending of all things, I don't think that makes it good or bad it just simply is. However from an outside perspective, it is pretty badass.
Ya I agree with this. The more I take in, the more I just think the various endings are all good and bad in their own ways. I don't really see any of them as best, worst, good, or bad. They are just different.

4:36 personally, the fingerprint armor, it's a very classic armor but with a cool twist.

Age of the stars is my favorite. Beating out the frenzied flame. It’s just shot so perfect imo
I'm pretty excited for that one. I like the ending and I'm recording the reaction this morning. 🌌

They look really good on a tall, thin build like on the nox swordstress. The leatherwork is really unique.
