Jason, I appreciate your work very much. Can I please ask that if you are going to use a non-English word, then make every effort to learn how to pronounce it correctly. In the native language, if its mispronounced then it can take on a different meaning. Ho'oponopono is a spiritual word and requires respect. I know your intention is pure and it would really add value to your intention when speaking the word correctly. Thank you kindly.

I used it for her, but then I started thinking of the covid pandemic with it and I really liked that thought. But then I listened to a music.

All of Jason Stephensons sleep meditations are good, but this one is my absolute favorite. So good and I always pass out right away. 🥰
I loved the first half hour of this meditation but felt it unnecessary to keep repeating the words after that. I would like you do do more daytime visualisations. Your voice is so soothing and the images are great, but not just for bedtime. Its good to relax in the day as well. Thanks
