To ensure you maximise these benefits, ensure you follow the installation advice
Firstly, install the roller post insulators at your termination points where you will be starting and finishing the run of Equirope. Remove the roller for best access to the screw hole. The Stock & Noble roller post insulator is designed to break upon severe impact and let the Equirope go, minimising the chance of injury.
For screwing in the roller post insulators to treated timber posts we recommend Class 4 galvanised tech screws, 50mm long as a minimum.
Repeat this process in all internal corners and then run the Equirope out. By using roller post insulators you will extend the life of the rope. When there is an incident and the rope is impacted, the insulator will allow the stretch to be shared over the entire length of the run minimising the chance of damaging the copper conductors
