I'm excited for both kreig and the empire stuff. Also my complaint with newer kits is compatibility between kits and the amount of cuts, heresy side is a bit better than main line gw at least.

I would love BFG to come back - but with the xenos (even those silly metal croissants). Would I accept a Heresey BFG - I guess, but it's not 100% what I want thumbs up
If they gave Underworlds a refresh why not? =) Give it the same treatment as Kill Team it could be wonderful thing. Release some boards + terrain (and keep it in stock!). Clean up the warbands a bit more. And Corvus Belli just released Warcrow. As the big bully in the room GW has a duty to crush that game before if gets any traction.

Also, how much do Pokemon and Magic contribute to running the store and do you feel it's difficult to maintain your own store's identity as a tabletop and game space vs. just buying more boxes of Surging Sparks or Foundations or whatever?
I watch your videos because your point of view as store owners is interesting. However it would be nice to occasionally expand on that concept by having a guest. Get another local hobby shop owner as a guest appearance and start a group discussion about a specific issue that’s affecting you all. Perhaps some ideas about how to resolve the problem on the owners end and what your customers could do to help on their end.

Give both an update, (and the Falcon+1 vehicles - Wave Serpent, Fire Prism, Night Spinner - as a consequence) and you have a pretty hefty release wave. Eldar really tempted me, but I did a paint trial, and I just don't enjoy them. The rest are well crafted but of zero interest. This is an ongoing trend of GW minis not exciting me despite being well crafted. In the Gobbos case, I think the paint scheme might be a factor, but not enough to excite me to buy. I do wonder if they are being more risk-adverse in the design, which risks everything being fine and not exceptional/terrible, or it's just me ... but I kinda really want to do a Nurgle deamon army and those minis are old

In my book Trenchwars is way more WW1 gone mad. Not my thing but still. Kind of simliar to Krieg if you are into conspiracies. But it is 100 years after WW1 and after that stuff started to happen in quit a few games (boardgames, video games...)? I played RPG in the Old world which i think is good for RPG but in miantures games for me, I like historical games too, as fanatsy comes AoS is more special/unique to me. It will never be "pure" in the way lord of the Rings is anyway. Better go off rails and crazy.

Honestly, you may feel like you put minimal effort into your videos...but there is a big difference between having a templated review of existing content vs. coming up with original and novel content to discuss and provide context around. You two do great work, and I look forward to your videos much more than "Top 5/10 Meta-BrEAking/DefInG/DOMinAteing" videos...which really just boil down to aggregated social media commentary.
Do you have to pay for stock before you sell it? Can you get refunds from GW? So is GW putting the burden of guessing what will be popular mostly on you?
Yea once we order it and pay we assume all the risk. Although they do provide us with some free credits every year to offset the rulesbooks and things that go out of date.

We've kept the TCGs kind of tight and only stock the new stuff. It churns at a nice pace and I don't stress about.

Retailers buy the stock that they sell in their stores. Sometimes a publisher might buyback stock but I don't know of that happening outside of books.
