OVE TOLEDO Shower Alcove Installation

After calling OVE TOLEDO Customer service, I was greeted my the most Polite, understanding gentlemen I could ever imigine. He was VERY understanding, listened carefully to my questions, and my "LOWEs" Meltdown was gone. I purchased the item from Lowes, and not 1 single person from Lowes could help! NEVER BUY FROM LOWES!!!!!
I earlier called a professional glass company, who was very friendly, until I told them I purchased the doors from Lowes. The man asked how much I paid, and busted out laughing when I told him the price for the custom order. The installer then said, "Sorry, but I will have to ask around for someone to install your doors."
OVE , with the soft close feature is awesome, and a great investment, and the OVE customer service is Outstanding!
