Oak Logs Construction on UIM (2020) (74 Cons requirement)

-Only reqs are 74 Construction (+crystal saw/stew to 82 Construction) to make Mounted Digsite necklace in POH.
-Dragon Axe will NOT increase xp with this method. Rune axe will cut an oak log every tick same as Dragon Axe (after a certain wc lvl)
-Xp rates? I don't know atm. Very good. May update with screenshot of rate in future

24 Oak logs converted to Oak planks= 6000gp
1 Law rune = 250gp
1 Air Rune = 5 gp
1 Earth rune = 5 gp

=6260gp + 1440 cons xp
4.34gp/xp
EDIT: Mahogany homes update is much more efficient than this if you have a dragon axe and cut teaks on fossil island
