Haha, yes it's definitely a hard pill to swallow! I think its because Pharrell intends to upgrade the image of the speedy as the prized possession of LV. It's easier to understand when you feel it in person, but I'd advise everyone not to, else you'd be tempted! 😆

Do you prefer 25 or 30? The new colours, the colour I like is only coming in 30. Otherwise there’s all black in 25, but it seems a waste to get such a unique bag in the squishy leather in black.
Hi, I prefer 25 on a regular day. But I find 30 useful when I go to the spa or gym. I used my 30 a lot more often when my kids were small. :) Some people really like black bags, and collect a lot of black bags. But it seems you like colour, I like the pastel pink in the newest collection but it only comes in 30, is that what you are eyeing? Hope this helps! 💖
That makes sense about using the 30 a lot with small kids. I have a 1 year old, 3 year old and twin 11 year olds. Also makes sense about people liking to collect black bags! I personally have a Small Lady Dior matte black and Kelly 25 box black. I find the lady Dior too “ladylike” for gym and Kelly box is delicate so it’s special occasions only. I also have a Birkin 30, it’s grey and a touch, so also for special occasions. Medium chanel classic flap is a ballerina pink, also very “ladylike.” My regular day bag is a mini Hermes Evelyn at the moment, but I find I’m not always prepared with mom stuff, it only fits my phone, wallet and tissues or wipes. This is why I’m tossing up between the new so black speedy 25 and the candy (new pink) speedy 30 😭 pre-order opens next week.
