I just want to say something that is her english is very good and her accent too but the thing is I have heard that If you’re in the interview of IELTS don’t take pauses and don’t use words like ammm , aaaa etc . There are no actual exams online, that is simply not feasible. Just imagine being a candidate, being nervous for the exam, and then a camera crew shows up and asks you if it is okay to film, puts a mic on you and then uploads it to the world. Good idea, but just not going to happen. Not to mention that IELTS cannot make the current interview questions public.
I think she deserves 8 Because of: 1 few short pauses in middle of sentences, if it was at end of sentences then it was ok 2 vocabulary is simple,and you need very good vocabulary for band 9 Apart from this she did impressive speaking
At the same time the video has few cuts which might be used to cut pauses made by her. Example:- 3:50 . I mean I don't really know why are those cuts but yea, they exist.
