Reminds me of an old RedLetterMedia Best of the Worst where they watched a bad art student film, and Rich came up with the idea of an art student horror film in which the protagonist knew they were trapped in such a film, so struggled against the tropes, bad editing, and random nonsense.
The despair part of the Editing one reminded me a bit of "Unedited Footage of a Bear" Almost certainly goes too dark for a fun upbeat channel, but well worth a watch on your own if you haven't already.
Love to see all the Daniel Thrasher reactions lately! I recommend reacting to his "micro-songs" series at some point; you don't need to watch them in any particular order. They kind of have the same energy as his "rewriting jingles" videos, which you've seen
Glad you enjoyed it! I’d never heard of Daniel Thrasher until the editing video popped up for me, gained a quick appreciation for his style though. Brought me to find gems like the “you can say anything in {various segment of movie}” series and the other “really, really bad” videos. Hoping that someday we can get a wide scale comedy RUclipsr collaboration. There was a Christmas collab a while back that you watched, with Ryan George, Julie Nolke, and Chris & Jack involved. I’m imagining a world where we get that crew, plus Daniel, Steven He, Honest Trailers, and HISHE. The real Endgame.
I also notice some continuity things in movies that i just find funny but there’s also times they really couldve fixed. I was watching Blade recently for obvious reasons and there’s a scene where a character has their hand on another character. The character lets go of the other one and runs off but when it cuts back to the other character the first character’s hand is still holding them. I just laughed
If only the Starbucks cup in GoT season 8 was the worst thing about the season. Besides, at least with that error, they could edit out for subsequent streaming/physical releases.
