My 7 year old girl got one for Christmas. This morning, unprompted Loona rolled out of her charger and started exploring and talking to us. I asked her why she woke up her answer was, I was so full of energy I wanted to wake up and start my exciting day." Crazy! I thought we had to wake it up ourselves.

Is it good for getting info like regular chatgpt.. like can i say name 3 lian neeson films? .. also, can it see? Would i be able to say what is this abd show it a flashlight , and it answer, flashlight? Stufflike that?
@TheTechWanderer can you make a short just showing an accurate representation of its chatgpt capabilities. Test it beyond too.. like hold a TV dinner in fro t of it w utrition label showing and ask if it's healthy. I don't think it can read tho so maybe just say this is the "hungry man chicken tv dinner, is it healthy"... wonder if it will search web to get answer like chatgpt 4o website would
@TheTechWanderer I've heard it has certain things it's trained to identify, anything else , no it can't identify. If that the case then that don't count lol that's not chatgpt 4o. Chatgpt 4o not limited to what ppl supply it with. Chatgpt can do all. Like see a photo of a motherboard and tell you everything about it. . Where the capacitor is the resistors etc. Any and everything basucally. It's unlimited full intelligence. Not stocked by a person... this bot like that? or just stocked w limited item identification stuff
@ it’s connected directly to ChatGPT! it just reads the answers with the personality of a friendly pet out loud in its own voice, if that makes any sense lol
I love the idea of having a robotic artificial intelligence pet, but unfortunately the company behind this technology is chinese-based. Some of you might already know that our relationship between the Communist Chinese party and America isn't doing so well, and they are completely different ideas of how government should work and there's a lot of disagreements between our government and theirs. So, I mean, it's a pretty big security risk to have those things in your house analyzing what your conversations are and, consider that even it has a camera on it too. Just throwing it out there.
Cool video but years ago i purchased Vector robot from anki 2 weeks later company goes bankrupt servers shut down and the product is useless it could happen to loona eventually especially with small companies like this that don't even sell it retail.

Many of us are feeling nervous about taking the plunge and buying one after what happened to Moxie. I am still stumped about how that happened when there was a waiting list of over 10,000 people dying to buy one.

@ I don’t have Moxie myself, I saw a video about it and there was some very sad kiddos, I felt so bad for them! I got my daughter a Moflin recently which she loves! Not as sophisticated but very cute!
