Hmmm good question, honestly it depends for me, when it comes to Cretaceous sauropods id have to say argentinosaurs. For jurassic thats TOUGH xD. There are so much unique and interesting sauropods like giraffetitan diplodocus and apatosaurus, in my stories i write brachiosaurus mainly live in swampy waters making tree nests at the top of brachyphylum (morrison species of tree) and the brachiosaurus also make a vibration noise to attract mates or to appear dangerous to predators. Yep brachiosaurus xD

      uhhh Diplo or Camara
Also fr, Safari needs to fricken stop with brown/tan colors--for like ten years. It's absurd how similar a lot of their color schemes look. This figure just looks so lame. Great review as always David.

The has kinda grown on me, but I still think it’s a bit strange in some way, maybe I’m so used to most other typical diplodicid head representations

The original skeletal in the paper is highly problematic. It has MAJOR proportional and anatomical issues, and is basically a repurposed/edited Kenneth Lacovara Dreadnoughtus skeletal, which itself makes fundamental flaws to sauropod anatomy. The exact issues with the skeletal reconstruction, along with the AMNH mount, are discussed extensively on the Dinosaur Toy Forum. (happy to provide links to the exact posts, but youtube comments section doesn't allow links)
Not sure where you read about Patagotitan's sacrum since it's sacral region isn't all that well preserved. But based on the fused and wedged sacral vertebra of many other sauropods (very evident in Mammenchisaurids I might add), we can assume that Patagotitan did not have a sloped sacrum & tail, but was instead held clear off the ground horizontally. So we do have clear evidence against drooping tails in sauropods.
As for neck posture; while it is technically ongoing debate, there is a lot more evidence in favor of an erect posture as opposed to a horizontal one. Details of which are discussed in Taylor et al 2009, and articles on Diplodocus by Mark Witton. DinosDragon's review of the PNSO Mammenchisaurus also goes into great detail on sauropod posture from 06:20 onwards.
There is no evidence for Patagotitan having a horizontal posture, and based on relatives, it's far more likely that it held it's neck erect. The Safari figure likely does not represent Patagotitan in it's habitual pose. But obviously, one could assume the sculpt is depicting a foraging animal in motion. And the Safari figure's pose matching up with the AMNH mount is a huge bonus for people who'd like to take a physical representation of the mount home after a museum visit.
As for the head sculpt, no Patagotitan skull is known. All reconstructions are inferred from other titanosaurs with well preserved skulls. I personally feel that the head sculpt is a bit too lumpy/chubby, and certain features could've been defined more.

So if I may ask, what’s the material for this model? Is it like the sturdy slightly rubbery stuff that safari usually did or is it like 2021 where it’s a harder (and easier to break) material??

Sucks that its so small. I would love a huge, intimidating sauropod for Safari.

Did you forget to add the coupon code to this vid?!?!
Yeah, despite how this figure looks in hand, I'm probably going to skip this figure due to its overall price. Its 30 dollars, and with shipping and everything (and even your delicious coupon code) this is going to be a pass for me. If I see it in a gift shop I might grab it at some point, but for now I'm skipping. As you said, stuff like the Camarasaurus stands out way more on the shelf.

Haha discount code is temporarily disabled, hence why not in the vid
