Nice work your long format stuff keeps getting better and better.. Love your trails such a nice contrast from the arid rocks and cactus 🌵 on my home trails.. Keep ‘‘em coming…
Thank you for the videos. I am retiring from the Air Force and moving to central Florida in July. While overseas, I have become an avid cyclist and MTBer and a bit nervous about riding on the road over there. I appreciate your videos for showing me what I can expect when I get there. Thank you!
Nice! Love the bit of b/w footage at the start. I'd have to say those trails look great for full gas fun on sketchy tyres and fully rigid. You also know I'm going to say, "so jealous of the weather"! Only question.......was that you or Austin belching at 16.30 ish 😮😜
@@KellyJonesMTB Yep he's got the bike and editing skills sorted the fella has! I think you'll appreciate my next video. Classic Peak District trails and Florida style sunshine (though it's windy as Fook and about 5 Deg C) 👍
Kelly, two questions - What do you do in advance to prepare for your long rides, especially after a long car ride to the trail? And what do you eat during your rides to keep up on the nutrients? Thanks!
Hey Amy! I don’t do too much before hand other than make sure I am hydrating! And when I do arrive after a long ride I do make time to stretch a bit! As far as nutrition when I’m riding … I keep a bottle of AminoRip hydration mix made pretty thick and then just water in my pack. Then I use Cliff energy blocks. Normally 3 blocks every 45 mins. I also take fig bars and bobo bars for more substance. That will usually last me for 5 hours or so.
I stay mostly on paved trails with my gravel bike but it looks like you are having a lot of fun on the MB trail also with your gravel bike. 👍
Gnarly Video to watch!!!!
Haha! Thanks so much!! 🥳🥳
Great Vid Kelly!! A full bike check video will be cool
Thanks so much! And Ok!! Bike check coming soon for sure!!!

Thank you so much for watching and commenting! And thank you for your service! Where abouts will you be in FL?
@@KellyJonesMTB I will be in Kissimmee, Buena Ventura Lakes, right off the Turnpike and Osceola Parkway.
RAD. Love ripping a gravel bike on Mtb trails. It’s given my local trails here in GA fresh outlook. 🤙🏻
It’s literally so fun!! And yes .. whole new outlook on the trails !🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼
Great shots

Jumpin on a drop bar must feel strange!!!
And you’ll be here for rule of three?!?
It’s super weird!!! But really fun! And no RO3 for me. Austin will be there but I have a conflict with a GNCC that I have to attend. 🥺🥺🥺
