- Today we're checking out the Vortex pit at Santos Mountain Bike Park in Ocala Florida.
Berms, drops, wood features, dirt jumps, Santos has it all!
Florida was a vibe! I'll be back!
If you have any suggestions to check out next time I'm in town, hit me up in the comments.
Much Love, Fam!

Cool vid. I was there two years ago...thanks for reviving some memories. I gotta go back now.
Yes, you do! Much love! 🥰🤘🏽
I used to go there when I was a kid (around 04'-05') and I love that the expert section hasn't changed at all.
Such a rad spot! Need to get back there
To answer your question about who manages the trails that would be OMBA the ocala mountain bike association. Great group of volunteers of guys and gals that live to keep the santos trails new and exciting for the next generation of riders. I have rode santos since I was a kid myself and this place always makes me relive the first time I sent those trails. Monthly volunteers are always welcome 🙏
That’s awesome! Thanks for sharing! Hoping to get back down there this winter.
Hell yeah Zak! Was researching Florida jumps and your vid came up! I didn’t know you shredded this hard! I wanna go hit these now
What’s good, Sir?! Hope you’re doing well, my friend! It’s been way too long. I’ve been on a bike most of my life. Ended up getting severely injured in my early 20s and kind of put it aside for a bit. It’s been a breath of fresh air getting back on this damn thing. We’re just getting going.😎💪 Definitely check out Santos. They have a lot to offer in that vortex area that you would get a kick out of. Also, there is a dirt jump park somewhere in Florida called orange tree Grove or orange tree trails or orange trails, some thing like that lol. Apparently they are super fun! We need to hang soon!
Thanks for sharing man . I just relocated to the FL . I’m about 85 miles from here . I was looking for some flowy trails and jump lines .
Sooo worth the drive! And I barely scratch the surface in this video. There’s a lot to do at Santos.
glad you dropped by, there are some true hidden jems back in the vortex, shame they took out the corkscrew.
Also, they revamped the 2nd part of indigo, its super fast and flowly with some gaps, but they still haven't fixed the hill that goes to the pit.
I had so much freaking fun there! Definitely need to get back down to Florida and hit these again. Period. Maybe make it a full weekend this time
Love the vids
Thanks Randy!🥰🤘🏽
1st view 1st comment! Dope video brotha \m/
Thank you Brotha! We need to get together! Been way too long
next time you’re in florida come check out Tallahassee we have some decent dirt jumps and a velosolutions pump track at Tom Brown Park
Thanks for the tip! I will definitely add that to the list! They have a Velo solutions pump track also?!
@@indiemoto Yes, nice trail system, pump track and jump line. sometimes maintenance is lacking.
@@AtomicPunk67 🥰🤘🏽
Do you use a chest camera or a helmet camera for this footage?
Pretty much stick to the chest mount for all my videos. 🥰🤘🏽
@@indiemoto which one bro? My chest mount keeps pointing down? I got some great 4k videos of my feet lol.
@shawnlopez3496 haha I actually run mine upside down and tilt it all the way down. It lines up nicely.
@@indiemoto appreciate it, I’ll try it out.
