the fact that Superman of all people could be hurt by this guy and Superman of all people could barely stagger him is quite amazing. In a weird way, it's more impressive that 70 year old Keaton Batman could actually survive being slammed on the ground by him without being turned into instant pudding and actually knock him out says how much of a beast Keaton's Batman is
imma just say plot armor. the damage he takes here 3:05 is NOTHING compared to 2:00. if keatons grenades are superior to the massive explosion from a train then keatons grenades are the strongest weapon in DCEU.
@@Nemenis True, it seems the writers of The Flash wanted to make Keaton's Batman relevant somehow, aside from the Batwing. I mean there is no way that tiny explosion would compare to even one of Superman's punches and Nam-Ek tanked them like a champ.
@@Lieutenant_Scrotes I think he was targeting vital points in the body to knock him out like for example notice how the one he placed on his head was the one that knocked him out? The only way that could happen is from the impact of the explosion somehow making the kriptonian helmet vibrate and rattle his brain knocking him out but that’s just my theory

Great video, Nam-Ek is definitely one of my main favorite Kryptonians alongside with Superman, Supergirl, Faora, Zod and Doomsday. An interesting fact is that unlike his counterpart from Man of Steel, the Nam-Ek from The Flash movie did manage to help Zod defeating his enemies, in this case the humans and killing Batman on the process too. What makes him special from the rest of the Kryptonian warriors is that since Man of Steel, it was commonly believed that Nam-Ek was mutated since his birth, because he was created out of illegal transgenic experiments on Krypton that may have involved Rondor DNA, as his size and girth were unlikely to have resulted from a random mutation. So basically he was considered a supersoldier on Krypton.

underrated character
This guy is so OP that it took two Flashes to finally wreck his armor, but probably not even actually harm him... Yeah I can see why this was a hopeless battle no matter what Barry did to prevent it.
Really? Nam-Ek would have been extremely vulnerable without his armor, an easy victory for the Flashes at that point. If they had picked up a couple of Kryptonian blades (like the first Kryptonian soldier cut young Barry with) they could have won this battle without great difficulty, even if Kara and Batman had died in the process.

@@cationr I agree that The Flash movie has messed up the power scaling previously established. In Man of Steel we saw that while Kryptonian technology is powerful and way beyond earth tech, it's not that effective against a yellow sun adapted Kryptonian. Kal-El smashed a hole in a Kryptonian ship effortlessly and destroyed a World Engine single-handedly. It doesn't make sense that a Kryptonian blade (either Zod's wrist blade or the armor shard that Flash used to kill Faora) can kill a Kryptonian as easily as a knife kills a human,
Kryptonians are only stronger on Earth, off the planet they are like regular humans
If I remember correctly (and I could be wrong, so take this with a grain of salt) but I remember reading somewhere on a Wiki page, the reason why Nam-Ek is so strong (made even more stronger under Earth's yellow sun) is because his DNA was made up of Kryptonian and something else that was from Krypton. I can't exactly remember what, some sort of beast that is native to Krypton? But that's the reason why he's so strong. Again I could be wrong, take it with a grain of salt.
Update: So apparently on the Wiki it's said that he was a test subject for an experiment that involved mixing Kryptonian DNA with that of a creature known as a Rondor, which caused him to develop superhuman strength, even while in Krypton's environment. Soooo yeah, that's why he's so powerful, and being under Earth's Yellow sun just only adds onto that- pretty much making him the most powerful kryptonian. We're doomed lol
I forgot the name of the creature but if you watch M.O.S. opening when baby Kal starts crying scene cuts the animal roaring or mooing that is what namek's DNA spliced with as not only it is the Krytoniain cow but it looks bigger and stronger but doesn't seem to be aggressive(unless mess with)namek basically fucking bull or rhino and rhinos are already nature's tanks

@@Tribrid-zv3nq I'd argue that Nam-Ek is stronger than Kal-El, I can't imagine how tough Nam-Ek would be if he fully adapted to Earth's sun. Doomsday on the other hand I wouldn't even class as a Kryptonian any more, he's some sort of abomination, at least in the DCEU.

Fortunately Nam-ek didn't take off his suit, if he had been in direct sunlight he would have been unstoppable.
His suit gets exploded so he's without the suit during the duration of the war either way

I learned something about how helmets works. Some helmets are meant to break in order for the force to be distributed and to protect the head from being injured by the force itself. For Nam Ek the explosion itself from the back of his head which is extremely fatal for even humans must have caused a lot of concussion and brain damage but its still impressive how he is still able to react while getting literal brain damaged.
Anyone find it odd that he tanked 4 missiles and ok, then had a small explosive to the head was knocked out for a bit?

@@soyradom4537 I had always think about that. It would had been an interesting fight to see. But I think Doomsday would still be a more dangerous threat than Nam-Ek. Taking into account that Doomsday is way more bigger and huge than Nam-Ek, and also he has way more strength and brutality than Nam-Ek.
Although I won't deny that this fight would had been interesting to see. Since both of them are in a certain Kryptonian monsters.

Cuz he even without his solar fueled powers, Nam Ek has super strength because he has Rondor DNA.
He’s easily the strongest Kryptonian, but he’s too slow compared to the rest of them. If he had Superman’s level of speed then he would’ve crushed him.

You know what? I understand Earth-89 was doomed, but if the members of the Sword of Rao (especially Zod) had died it would have been much more satisfying. They could be killed by Dark Flash, for example.
I think Dark Barry did kill them, but he kept going back in time because he wanted to save Kara and Bruce from dying
BTW, this isn't Earth-89, the Flashpoint is a messed up timeline with elements of other timelines bleeding in (such as Keaton Batman's entire history) because of Hypertime

Nam-Ek is my all time favorite Kryptonian he was a match for superman and rag dolled superman even just imagine IF Nam-Ek had more time to adjust to earths environment and sun. He would then completely OBLITERATE superman having the same abilities as superman eye laser, flying etc. Nam-Ek is a TRUE elite soldier he never talked never acts like a clown is sober quiet follows orders any order and shows dignity even carrying wounded fellow soldiers to show that...very skilled warrior emphasis on RAW brutal Rondor power! The armor that he weares oozes fear and respect an aspect ignored it complements his power, the helmet especially is beautifull in it's own right! Every punch is filled with raw power.

Nam-Ek is probably my favorite Kryptonian. I like Doomsday more, but he was from prehistoric Krypton, basically their equivalent to a dinosaur. Not really the same as the 'Base' Kryptonians. Also, how tall is Nam-Ek? Man is a monolith; I'm putting him at 8-9 feet tall? Maybe even 10 feet?
Nam-ek from what I researched is approximately 7'2 feet, truly a giant.

Bro has insane level amount of strenght (the fact he's already stronger than zod and zod being able to level up with superman like) made Nam ek surely more poweful... he's speed while manHandling superman is insane for he's size too.. above all the brute force is the perfect fighting technique, and i must say superman was really having a hard time... but this Nam-Ek from the Flash nah😒 i mean he is big nd powerful and is the namek counterpart but.. the vibe is just that from a video game and he's too slow too 🐌 .. i mean apart from always favouring a hero like superman Nam-Ek was one of my favorite in the Man of steel too and i really digged deeper into the character since he appeared abnormally big and all ,so he seemed an interesting character (if he even is a villian ?? or probably not even a hero ...but just Nam-Ek nick named brutality) ...

Nam-Ek, all he’d need to do is land one hit or grab Strange once.
nam-ek was able to injure superman but that was a weakened superman compared to superman's fight against general zod or justice league version of superman, early in man of steel that was the smallville fight and nam-ek wasn't as strong or as tough as the other version of superman
It still makes no sense why Dark Flash couldn’t just show up and easily wipe out every kryptonian here. He’s fast enough to travel through time, can spam lightning and is covered head to toe in kryptonian armor so he can just run up and slit Zod’s throat. Hell he easily killed Faora by accident and you saw how skilled she is.
And before y’all say “Zod’s too fast lol” young barry still caught him off guard the first time when he zoomed around him dark flash can easily show up, hit him with lightning and than stab him. Easy. He doesn’t cause the movie won’t allow it. It’s all contrived.
Yeah I felt similarly, there are much better ways that an "unwinnable" scenario could have been presented. The Flashes manage to kill Faora and effectively nullify Nam-Ek during this second attempt, yes Kara and Batman are dead, but that doesn't mean the whole timeline is doomed, the older Barry gave up way too easily.
Yeah I mean in the Chronobowl they could’ve shown that in some timelines Zod fought without his armor which means he’s adapted fully to the atmosphere & sunlight which means he’s now fully empowered which is how he’s a match for Dark Barry.
Which means that just as Dark Barry adapts & grows in power so does Zod to match him.

@lieutenantscrotes2690 Here's the thing there's way too many problems for that world if dark flash manages to kill all the kryptonians not stunn them by destroying their armor which they could later adapt he also has to stop the world engines before they destroy the world and the world had to die the more he kept trying the more the multiverse was getting destroyed they basically had one chance to do it right which they failed and from how things were panning out if Main flash goes back to let his mom that world basically dies which old old Barry didn't want to happen. After sunlight exposure, Nam-ek would be initially overwhelmed with all the different powers but it doesn't take long for him to focus and adapt quicker than clark; just like what Zod did.
