    Given below is the grain size analysis of an inorganic soil. for 4.75 sieve %fineness is 100 ,for 2.40 sieve % fines is 90,for 1.20 sieve %fines is64,for 0.60 sieve%fines is 38,for 0.042 sieve %fines is 18,for0.075 sieve %fines is 10 For this soil, LL=38% and PL=19%. Classify the soil according to Indian standard system plz do this mam

    Hello Mam. Tanong ko lang po kung paano po kapag hinahanap is Diameter at 10% Finer at naglies siya between 19%-0% ng Sieve #200 at Pan Respectively. Nagmamath error po kapag nag interpolate using logarithmic. At the question is, merong bang opening ang PAN

      Sieve # 20 is 49.5 g therefore sieve # 20 is retained 11%

      I know this is 2 years late, but it could be helpful for someone in the future. Guys the Value is 49.5 not 44.5 so if you do the calculation you should get 11 instead of 9.8. Hope that helps.
