How do things work, electrical bills, pool cleaning, options and difficulty for rebuilding this and that, the details of the not so glorious realities and costs of owning such a house!
Taxes, fees, legal troubles in foreign ownerships and tax residencies etc etc.
Nobody else does this!
For example this house is priced at 22 mil, its to much but its an asking normal. SO.. I have 23 mil, can I afford to buy it? NOPE!
How much does the owner really have to have in order to buy a house like this and own it!
This in my opinion is one of your absolute best videos!! What an effort and production you and your team went through to Edit and squeeze this cinematic Masterpiece into 17 minutes. I would love to have one home like this and experiencing the feeling of using this home with my family, but its so distance from me at this stage ... I really cant understand how someone can have the money to spend 20M in a home + all other costs involved ... Incredible, maybe 1 day who knows ... I will continue working hard trying to create my Hedge Fund in the future.

As of Feb 2025, it's still unsold so I guess the answer is no, Artur couldn't sell it even within 5 months.
The views are great but face Southeast rather than Southwest so they don't get the best sunset views.

Btw a question. Why even bother wastign time showing zagaleta homes since their rules are a buyer needs to have 10x the assets the villa costs?
Meaning you cant buy this house EVER unless you own 230 million euros.
The number of potential buyers for zagaleta is laughably small, its not enough you are a multi millionaire, you have to be a REAL billionaire to get one.
Imagine a house that you cant buy even if you have 150mil in the bank ready. Whats the point even dreaming about a zagaleta house even if you are absolutely loaded?

La Zagaleta is not a private community as roads are public and private security will face problems with police if they do not open gates to any car
