Maybe you know better but a suggestion, it's always better to soak the anishi in hot water for 5-10 min before burning again since there is lots of smoke on the anishe as a result of weeks and weeks of drying in the smoke which ain't healthy. I was taught this by sungratsu villagers through which we are blessed to be enjoying this particular item today. Anishe sabji should be brown enika koi Tai Khan. Don't mind my suggestion.
