  • To celebrate MK11 and its inability to maintain its characters in one fixed stance position, here I am posting a thing or two about the first one that started it all!
PLEASE NOTE: All of this is my opinion, my views expressed here are not to be confused as a doccumentary: its only a very, very detailed oriented person pointing things he has noted through the years and didn't tell anybody about it.
Some of the things happened to be true. For example: I was a huge bloodsport fan back when it was a new film. I rented the movie several times a month to re-watch so... by the time I saw johnny cage in MK1 I remember one of the first things I asked: Why is he wearing a RED stripe? and Why the shoes? Is this dude wasn't supposed to be Van Damme?
I have so many more things I would like to have the time and patience to put into a vídeo and show to you guys about MK1 and MK2, but my lack of knowledge into deep editing and the time needed to do it properly just don't fit very well. Infortunatelly I'm with a serious health issue that makes things even worse.
For credits: I believe I put the credits for Mortal Kombat Secrets and Arquivo Mortal Kombat for the rare movie showing Ed Boon as a Pit Bottom Fighter!
Ow and if you are from Netherrealm studios, please allow me to visit and see for myself that museum-like place with all the árcades and Kabal/Sektor original helmets! Thanks! :D

Thank you for the compliment! I'm sorry to say that almost 100% of the content are spontaneous and were not researched, but actually lived by me back on the day. (Im a old guy)

@@TheDormonid yeah, I'm 39 so we may not be that far apart. Do you know if you had to just play 250 consecutive two-player matches in MKII on SNES to access Pong or did it have to specifically be 250 straight wins by one player? My brother and I wasted 8 hours one night just to not get to play Pong and I've also heard some people say that Pong definitely was in the SNES version so I don't know if we messed up by not having all 250 wins be on the same player or if it just wasn't included in some SNES versions. I've heard there were at least two separate retail versions for SNES.
